Great hotel and amazing staff. There are several restaurants and a very nice pool.

Apart from the price tag, everything else was just perfect.

Заранее, до приезда попросили номер на южной стороне и повыше (нам ответили, что постараются), а нас поселили на северной стороне и на нижнем этаже с видом на дорогу. Хотя это были будние дни и свободные номера этого типа были. Также очень удивительно, что в таком большом отеле ВООБЩЕ НЕТ уличной солнечной террасы.

Probably the best hotel in Switzerland. The design, service, rooms, and spa – all exceptional. The entire experience is truly refined and memorable. The spa area is simply world-class. Everything was exceptional – truly a superior experience in every detail. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will gladly return.

This hotel is incredible, the rooms are stunning, staff takes care of every need. The view from our room was gorgeous. We ate dinner in the bar area, food was good, drinks were awesome. Breakfast had so many choices. I would give this place 10 stars if I could

The Chedi Andermatt offers an impeccable luxury experience. The service is exceptional, with attentive and professional staff who anticipate every need. My suites was breathtaking, with a fireplace, which create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is also an oasis of beauty and relax! The true highlight is the Food & Beverage department, which offers unforgettable culinary experiences, the Cheese room was my favourite one!A special thanks to Salvatore, the Restaurant Manager, for his exceptional professionalism and warm welcome, which make our stay a true pleasure. The hotel was beautiful but it is not as child friendly as advertised. The Kid’s Club is not staffed, and when I inquired I was told which days it was closed. When we arrived it was closed in addition of the dates mentioned. I found that disappointing since I inquired beforehand. It is not really a “Kid’s Club” like other high end hotels. It is a conference room with toys. Children are allowed to swim, but other guests make it clear they do not appreciate children being welcome. Even with adult only areas available. When arriving at the hotel there are adorable small gifts given to the children, as well as a small kid’s section of the buffet. The room is large to accommodate a family. There are much more kid friendly, high end hotels elsewhere. I will not be back with children.

We really enjoyed our time at the Chedi Andermatt. I didn't want to leave. It was restful and peaceful in a beautiful location with great access to the mountain passes for cycling. We booked the deluxe room with the bicycle package. 3 hours of biking per day and a Chedi Alpine massage are included. The room was so spacious, almost like an apartment - separate living room and dining area from the bedroom and a bath tub or rainfall shower option. It was a corner room overlooking the mountains with a wraparound porch. We felt so welcomed by a real plant in the room, a hand written card, bottle of wine and fresh stone fruit. We loved the little details in the room, like a wine bar, stocked mini fridge (non-alcoholic drinks are included), heated towel rack, and a even the cute design on the toilet paper (they're little dogs!) The road bikes are rented though a cycle shop in town, which the house car can take you to. They were Scott carbon bikes with 2x drivetrain and electronic shifting. The Restaurant: We loved the concept of having a main ingredient then a Swiss interpretation or an Asian interpretation. Standout dishes: Swiss beef papardelle, black pepper steak, an Asian salad (can't remember the exact name), peach dessert (the different textures worked really well together - crunchy, creamy and refreshing). The food was all excellent- beautiful presentation, thoughtful flavors, except for bok choy that came with a chicken dish - it was super salty and I would not recommend that one. The chefs were very attentive to my lactose intolerance and made modifications to multiple dishes. The modifications did not seem like an afterthought at all. Morning buffet is a generous spread. They even had real honeycomb! The cappuccinos with soy milk were delicious, smooth and had a lovely flavor profile. The staff are very welcoming and even remembered how I take my coffee. Housekeeping is excellent and there is turndown service. I read some of the other reviews noting the attitude toward customer service and for the most part I felt taken care of. However some instances did not sit well with me. First was our first night eating at the Restaurant. The server did not introduce the menu and also spilled a not insignificant portion of soup when she poured it into the bowl. She did apologize and then dabbed it up with a napkin. However I would have hoped she would offer to top up the soup without me asking. After all we are in a fine dining restaurant. When I brought this up, I felt dismissed. If this were my only experience with the restaurant and if the papardelle wasn't as incredible as it was, then I might not have given the Restaurant another chance. The next evening we had an Asian gentleman server who was very professional, attentive and made excellent suggestions on the menu in an unobtrusive way. Cascas Salon - Valentina is an artist.
