Great hotel and amazing staff. There are several restaurants and a very nice pool.

Apart from the price tag, everything else was just perfect.

Останавливались в Deluxe Suite на четыре ночи в феврале. Номер огромный и красивый, такого размера номера крайне редко бывают в Альпах. В отеле два ресторана, нам особенно понравился японский. Очень хорошая спа зона с открытым и крытым бассейнами. Отличный сервис в ski room. Теперь почему не поставил отлично. Заранее, до приезда попросили номер на южной стороне и повыше (нам ответили, что постараются), а нас поселили на северной стороне и на нижнем этаже с видом на дорогу. Хотя это были будние дни и свободные номера этого типа были. Также очень удивительно, что в таком большом отеле ВООБЩЕ НЕТ уличной солнечной террасы.

The Chedi is truly a 5 star hotel in every way. We recently stayed here for 2 nights and were very impressed. Here are the highlights: 1. Room: Spacious and well designed. Plenty of room for storage and lots of gadgets (electronic light shades, gas fireplace with remote control, etc.). Our Bed was extremely comfortable. The shower featured charming Aqua di Parma toiletries. 2. Hotel Grounds: The Chedi is exquisitely designed and decorated. 3. Spa/Pool: Immaculate and beautiful pool that flows outdoors. Very peaceful unless guests bring their infants/toddlers to play in the pool area (which happened during our stay but was clearly not the hotel's fault at all.) 4. Dining: The complimentary breakfast was lavish, expertly prepared and varied. The bread basket, especially the sour dough brown bread, was worth every calorie! 5. James Bond: There was an interesting James Bond exhibit at the hotel during our stay which featured some of his clothes, a gun and assorted memorabilia. You could also pay to drive in an old car while watching a simulated curvy mountain road. Tip: Vistors staying in Andermatt are able to purchase a discounted tourist pass which entitles you to free rides on area gondolas and trains. The 1st Chedi Concierge we spoke with didn't mention it when we asked him about hiking and area activities. Later that day, a 2nd Chedi Concierge knew about the visitor pass but said that it would be "quicker" to purchase it at the Tourist Information bureau. Our visit to the Andermatt TI was anything but quick! We had to sign up for emails using their tablet, answer questions about where we were from, listen to a speech about the area, etc... Laborious process but in the end we got our local pass which thereafter was a helpful thing to have.

We stayed there for a few days to enjoy the spa and aomw nice food. The room was as always nice but for the price paid you can expect to have it checked before guest arrival we washed our hands after 5 min in the room and the sink was clogged. We then decided to go to the spa and we were looking for the bathrobe usually there is always to size available this time no. Bar you should stick to common drinks as the coktail was appaling , funny name but not to expectations at all. We had dinner at the restaurant as always the food was nice but it it looked like the prices really rised up and the quantity got smaller. 19CHF for a 1 dl glass of wine really ? Staff were amazing everywhere

We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel and amenities. Because it was off-season the hotel was quiet and whether mostly rainy. But we could care less as the finished thought was incredible. He spent a chunk of time each day, floating between steam rooms, sauna, pool and Global. It was serene. We had a spectacular spacious yet cozy room. Service was impeccable.

5* hotel which overall lives up to its rating. Food presentation is very good whilst flavours could be better. Excellent room although iron / ironing board not permitted? Room controls via iPad; all worked bar the fireplace. Excellent shower and Aqua di Parma toiletries. Breakfast range was excellent! Pre arrival preferences not adhered to on a daily basis; why? No noise in room. Bed / pillow voice very comfortable. Andermatt is a nice “village”, great for skiing, but lacks high end boutique shops. Hotel is well located in village close to train station. Airport access is via Zurich or Milan both are 1.5 to 2 hours drive away. Hotel has “outposts” for dining which are all good.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing customer service. Staff is wonderful, amenities were great, food was amazing. Staff - everyone was so accommodating. Everything we asked for including chargers, directions, restaurant recommendations were provided. They always asked if we needed help or wanted anything. Rooms - we got an upgraded room and they were huge. The automated blinds, fireplace and lights were cool. The tub was heavenly. Amenities - The pool, sauna, hydrotherapy (hot tub) were stunningly beautiful. The only downside was the kids during the day. But at 7pm no kids allowed. Gym was functional but lacked barbells or a smith machine and a peloton. Restaurants - we ate at the lounge, the Japanese restaurant, and the breakfast buffet. All great!! The Japanese Restaurant was worth it. The chef(s) do an amazing job and the wine sommelier did a phenomenal job with the pairings. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel a lot - mostly for work.

This is trully the echelon of how a person is treated. Everyone on staff went above and beyond their duties in my opinion, even helping to carry equipment to the train terminal, offering advice in all situations. I got a parting gift for my kinds, who were not even with me on this trip. Fantastic all in all.

This hotel is easily five out of five in every category. We stayed here for sadly just one night in August and enjoyed every second. Our kids loved the spacious and luxurious room we were in. The deluxe suite. We also loved the amazing Restaurant downstairs (both for a fantastic dining tasting menu and also unbelievable included breakfast) and the spa area which allowed our kids to swim. It's really a fantastic hotel everyone should stay at. The views of Andermatt are excellent from the massive balconies and the many windows in the hotel. Every detail of the hotel is amazing. They have Bose speaker systems set up through the rooms, fireplaces, touch screen controls for all windows and high end furnishings. There was also tons of sleeping space for the kids. The service was world class. They treated our family so well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
