Bring your family and friends and enjoy the large fully fenced-in backyard equipped with a fire pit and chairs. There is parking for 2 trucks and 2 trailers. Great location A 10 minute buggy ride to Windrock so the location is great. Unfortunetly we came to town during a major heat wave and the AC had a hard time cooling down the house. Atleast there were plenty of fans onsite.

Great place This is a great place for a big group. We had 2 couples and 4 individuals. Plenty of space from everyone. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and the proximity to windrock park and all the normal amenities is great.

Quiet place The owners are amazing! Super reliable. House was very spacious room for my family and friends. Safe for pets! Drive way was our only issues lol nice parking for vehicles don’t get me wrong. Just not enough space for 2 40 foot trailers 2 trucks a van and 2 cars where we traveled down different days with 5 sxs. But would stay again! Owners helped us find another area to park a trailer and truck.

Good deal Great stay no issues other than the property having a few bee and wasp nests. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are a bit small and had trouble cooling the rooms but overall a good stay.

A place to relax after riding We stayed for 3 days while we visited Winrock. It was nice to be able to ride our sxs to the park. The home has everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home.

Softball Tournament We stayed at this property for my daughter‘a softball tournament in Oak Ridge. Close to the fields and Knoxville was just a short distance. Had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jason and Natalie were quick to answer all of the questions I had about the property. Would stay here again and I highly recommend it to future guests. Thank you again. David and Vicki

Annual family trip This rental was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to accommodate all of us. We usually stay in hotels but this kept us closer together and closer to Windrock park. We all enjoyed the great outdoor space to relax and talk about our day’s adventure. Only complaint was bathrooms and kitchen weren’t really clean. But there was product available to clean up before we settled in. Would recommend and will probably use again!

Spacious and comfortable This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable, there are many sleeping spots, and I appreciated the 2 en-suite bathrooms. The house was stocked with some basic necessities. It’s nicely decorated and is a great home base while in Knoxville or the surrounding area.

Very pleased!! Great location, awesome amenities, as well as cozy!! This is by far one of the best places we have stayed since coming to Windrock! We will most definitely be back!! Jason and Natalie were quick to respond with our questions!
