Комната достаточно большая, но оборудование относительно старое. Кондиционер практически неэффективен. Многие гости в номере оставляют дверь открытой для проветривания, потому что в коридоре прохладнее, чем в комнате. Ночью в доме очень жарко. Сауна и тренажерный зал соединены. Внутри есть камеры, но на стойке регистрации о них не напомнили, что очень смутило. Отношение к обслуживанию было нормальным, но поднятые проблемы решить не удалось. Посмейтесь.

Обстановка хорошая, рядом торговый центр, обслуживание хорошее.

Мы не смогли приехать, и нам даже не захотели помочь изменить дату, так как все было оплачено.

Good location near to old town and close walk to the shopping mile area with lots of food choices around. Room is spacious and kept clean daily. Only two small things - does not replenish drinking water bottles and limited breakfast selection. Generally good place to stay!

Hôtel très bien situé avec un parking en sous-sol, le petit déjeuner est très bien !

Agréable séjour dans cette hôtel proche commodités et commerces. Le parking en plus et recommander car le stationnement en dehors et très chère et pas beaucoup de place sur le parking public. L'accueil et les assistants sont courtois. Je recommande cette hôtel pour la qualité prix. Vous disposez aussi du sauna et jacuzzi !

I wonder to share my horrible experience with you, some pictures attached! I reserved for 3 nights but we cannot stay even 1 night, cause: Presence of insects. Dust accumulation in several areas. Leftover cartons from previous guests inside the wardrobe. Stains and marks on the walls. The sofa in the room was visibly stained. The reception said that they will refund me and later they changed their mind! And suggest only a discount for next stay in such a dirty hotel!

We stayed for 1 night and 2 days in Eurostars Hotel in Andorra recently. The location of the hotel is the best in the city. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The hotel also offers parking. We had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, the location perfect. The furniture needs urgent refreshing and replacing the broken parts. Cleaning needs VERY serious improvement - not only in the rooms, but also the public areas . There was always something missing in the room - coffee, cold drinks, water, extra blanket... The good thing is that the staff is friendly and helpful, but there seems to be something wrong with the hotel management in general

Located very close to the city center and next to a shopping center, this hotel provides quality accommodation in La Vella. Staff was kind and professional. We got a room upgrade, which was even nicer. Parking was already full, so we were offered a discounted price for the parking of the shopping mall. Saved 2 EUR, had to walk a few steps. Overall, a good deal.

We received 2 spacious rooms at the end of the corridor, with an extra door before, so cold close the door and have 2 connectd rooms. Rooms were wide enough, wide bed, with additional divided space for sofa and table. Bathrooms wide, with ability to divide the bath from toilet, for extra privacy. Good quality amentities.

Ok, if you expect a Dubai style 5 stars hotel, it is not the case. But it is a warm and clean hotel, perfect for winter holidays. And, even it is not only about the hotel, but a must appreciate the highest quality of water.

Excellent location, close to all the most significant tourist attractions, and plenty of restaurants and shops. A -10% discount card for the Pyrenees Andorra department store was a pleasant surprise! The room was huge, it felt like home rather than a hotel. I loved the view it offered. There were two TVs, one in the living room and another in the bedroom; a kettle, beside it a box with tea and instant coffee; two bottles of water; a movable coffee table, which was great for when I wanted to watch TV and have a meal, etc. I recommend Eurostars Andorra to everyone.
