Big disappointment because spa ("soak in our indoorwhirlpool") was cemented over October of 2023 (now June '24). Multiple mentions on Marriott website, which was why I paid $40 more for this last-minute reservation. Property description brags about it, image of "indoor pool & spa" shows it, signs in hotel point to it, but no spa since 7 months ago. Front desk manager said, essentially, too bad because "it is no longer listed as an amenity (he showed me and he is correct)." He said General Manager has instructed no more concessions because the amenities listing is correct, even though images and descriptions are still wrong (this is a franchise and those are Marriott Corporate mistakes). So now, I am left not trusting the Marriott brand, and its 100% satisfaction promise. Too late to switch hotels. This Gold Elite Bonvoy guest is unsatisfied with how this issue exists and was handled.
