The apartment is situated on the ground floor overlooking a large pool with a large balcony and is ideal for disabled guests as there are no stairs.There are 2 bedrooms each with there own bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and built in wardrobes. The bathroom has double wash basins and a large mirror and a shower and a bath.The second bedroom has 3 single beds and built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a large walk in shower.The gated complex has 24 hour security and beautiful grounds. There are 3 other pools within the complex that can also be used.The complex is 200 metres from the sea with beautiful beaches which all have beach bars. This 1 bedroom apartment is simply great! It makes you feel totally at home and comfortable. The large living room has plenty of seating and a dining area for 4. You can sit back and enjoy the UK satellite television at night and just relax. The large American style kitchen is fully fitted to service any catering requirements you may have. It has a huge family bathroom and the double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The apartment is located on the outside of the plaza with views over the 1st hole of the Villamartin Golf Course, so no noise!!! You can enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises or a romantic glass of vino before you set off downstairs to one of the many restaurants or bars on the Villamartin Plaza. The location is perfect though with all forms of entertainment below and over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from so no need for a car, everything is on your doorstep! Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!! For visitors heading to the southern Costa Blanca in Spain, there are many attractions to take in.
