It has a bathroom, sleeping/living area with queen bed, dresser, a small table, chairs, TV and couch.Guest Access:Beach and yard shared with guests in front unit and adjacent courtyard studio. There is a simple, medium sized, portable charcoal grill for use that is guest maintained. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water in the courtyard. Also, a patio table, chairs and umbrella is in the courtyard.The Neighborhood:Amazing restaurants, farmers market, art walks, fishing, kayaking- all steps away.Getting Around:You can walk to fabulous restaurants, eclectic shops and boutiques, farmers market, art walk and more! Hop in your car and be at St/ Pete Beach or elegant downtown St. Pete in about 10-15 minutes. There is a trolley to take you out to beach if you prefer not to drive.Interaction with Guests:We are occasionally on the property supervising maintenance.
