The last set of stairs to the 3rd floor are narrow.This unit has fantastic views and all the comfort of a home. No elevator in the building. To reach unit, it is necessary to climb stairs.The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), and a fridge. Pancake mix and basic cooking necessities (oil, some spices) are provided for your convenience. There is a small deck, on the 3rd floor right outside the unit with amazing views. A canoe and kayaks are available for your use. Life vests must be used . The canoe and kayaks need to be brought back on land and left where found. All other water toys belong to our tenants, please do not use them.The dock, and the common areas are shared by the tenants. There is a fire pit by the lake (wood may need to be purchased if not available), you will enjoy relaxing by it, roasting hot dogs, making s'mores. The private dock (for guests and tenants only) is yours to enjoy the lake for relaxing and swimming. This Lakefront property is surrounded by some beautiful homes. The property sits on close to 1 acre. It is quiet, but very close to restaurants, shopping, and movie theater. It is within walking distance of Lakewood Towne Center with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, movie theater, and shopping. 5.1 miles to Chambers Bay Golf course 1.67 miles to Fort Steilacoom Park (a 300 acre park) 7.5 miles to Fort Lewis/McChord Air Force base. 10.8 miles to Tacoma Dome, America's Car Museum, the Museum of Glass, and Point Defiance Zoo. 30.2 miles to Sea-Tac Airport 42.2 miles to Seattle 53.8 miles to Mt. This ground floor unit includes two bedrooms and, 1.5 baths. The master bedroom has a connecting powder room and a queen size bed. The second bedroom includes a full size bed. The main entrance and dining room are sunken, so there is a step to access the kitchen, living room and hallway. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge. The patio, directly outside the front door faces the lake. A bar with stools is set outside on the patio for you to sit enjoy coffee or wine, while watching the sunrise or sunset.Kayaks, paddleboard and canoe is provided for your use. There is a coin operated laundry facility on site. Laundry supplies are available. A community barbecue is also available for your use, except it is closed during the winter months. There is a fire pit by the lake, you will enjoy relaxing by it, roasting hot dogs, making s'mores. This along with the dock, and bbq are for community use, our guests and our tenants. The dock (for guests and tenants only) is yours to enjoy the lake for relaxing and swimming. This is an older building where we have permanent tenants that also live on the property. During the summer our tenants and their guests enjoy the facilities provided. Please be aware if you book you are sharing the common areas and especially during the summer do not mind people having fun on the lake.
