Stella Blue Seaside Resort

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff. There is a room tax, we paid £62.00. They requested a credit card - details are left with them. Room was beautiful & had a bottle of wine awaiting with food as it was a very late arrival. Food was good, made fresh and lots of variety and healthy salads - there was no snack bar however aware one has opened today. Staff are so unbelievably friendly and can’t do enough to help. Entertainment is not great, and not enough table and seats for people to watch whatever entertainment is on. The all inclusive bar finishes at 11pm after that you have to pay. Mini bar and teas and coffee in the room is not refilled if used. If you want a certain brand of drink or beer/ cocktail if it doesn’t have a black dot ⚫️ on the menu it’s not included in the all inclusive so again you have to pay! If you want room service you have to pay! If you want to keep your room on it’s €105. However there is significant wash facilities in the communal washrooms below reception. If you want a taxi to Heraklion it’s €45 there and €45 back approx 30 min drive each way. The ocean restaurant the food was beautiful however was left for 25 mins awaiting for a drinks order - as again not enough staff Hotel definitely requires more staff specially at rush hour in the food hall My biggest issue/concern absolutely beautiful hotel however there is not enough sun beds for everyone - you need to get up around 6am to get a bed as normally all gone by 7pm then it becomes sun beds wars with people removing other people’s towels and using the beds. This is not enjoyable on your holiday.

Honestly such a stunning hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Bar staff and waitors are so friendly and work so hard all day. The resort it gorgeous and very instagramable! The buffet food for the all inclusive was the best quality of food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. Variety everyday and didn’t feel samey. The fish restaurant was fantastic the food was amazing. I wish there was more Al-a-carte restaurants to choose from. The spa is beautiful, we had an amazing massage would highly recommend visiting. Only thing I would say is they need more sun loungers. if you want beds by the pool you need to get up very early to reserve them. I know we were there in peak summer time, but my partner had to get up at 5.30am most days to get us beds. By 7am they were gone. The ONLY disappointing thing we found was the cleaning of our rooms. It was very sloppy and for a luxury resort you expect more. Marks on the mirrors were never cleaned and there was a stain on the floor that didn’t get removed for 3 days. You’re meant to get water in your room and we only got this 3/7 days. They didn’t take my dirty coffee cups when they cleaned the room, they sat there for days. And in a luxury resort you expect them to be removed daily. If you’re after a chilled holiday this is the one, there just isn’t a lot going on around the hotel or surrounding areas. Could do with the music round the pool being a bit louder to make it a bit more lively! Apart from that we had an amazing time and the hotel is gorgeous. The way it has been decorated is stunning. Totally recommend!

We stayed here in may 2025 ON THE BEACH we booked with the dates was 25/05/2025 to 2 /6/2025 we arrived at hotel at 6 am on 2/6/2025 then checked in then see on app we had to check out on 1/6/2025 and our coach was not collecting us until 2,20 am on 2/6/2025 ready for flight at 5am.We went to reception to try and extend our time for a sleep and shower before getting coach not helpful and rude we asked for a shower room and was not any available which we wasn't told you had to book.Hotel lovely and restaurant staff and bar staff all very good

This hotel is great if you want a perfect relaxing holiday! Entrainment stops at 10.30pm every night so take some games with you ie cards etc And if you have All inclusive don’t expect to get your drinks for free from 11pm. That’s one thing our travel agent didn’t tell us. The staff are amazing and work so hard, Ronald and Maria were amazing will definitely miss them. Only negative things I have to say is we had a lot of ants in our room and waking up to them in bed :( after going to reception regarding this I was told the bed sheets will be taken off and new ones put on, this didn’t solve the problem. Also don’t expect to get a sunbed, people were putting their towels on beds from 10pm or even going out at 5am. I would recommend going for a swim after 5pm at least you can grab a bed to put your stuff on. Overall the hotel was great.

A beautiful hotel with a lot of potential. Most of the staff put in a lot of effort. We were very satisfied and enjoyed it, but I think there's still room for improvement.

We went to Stella Blue in July 2025 and can easily say it was the best hotel we stayed in! All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. As far as all inclusive food goes, this hotel is top tier, the dinners and lunches were insane! I could not recommend this hotel more, we had the most fun!!! Ryan & Antonios were so friendly, made incredible drinks and made us feel so home, we had such a laugh with them! Book this hotel!!
