We had a lovely time for four nights, very good hotel, brilliant view and lots of space in the pool(s)/ beach area. Service was exceptional and the rooms were great and very clean. The location is very quiet and relaxing, overall very enjoyable stay and would recommend!!

A truly excellent holiday. Tsamis really has everything you could want. Special mention goes to the staff, who are truly fantastic. Good food at dinner even by Italian standards, served buffet style, with fresh seafood and grilled meat, breakfast to suit all tastes, from Mediterranean to Nordic, good selection of local wines, beers and champagne. Rooms cleaned and tidied every day, and almost obsessive cleanliness of outdoor areas. The little touches are also pleasant, such as the bottle of wine in the room and the bottle of water provided every day. Three solarium with swimming pools levels sloping down to the beach , plus the large main pool in the garden: no one is disappointed, with plenty of sunbeds, mattresses and gazebos, even if the distances remain more than sufficient in any case. The sea is crystal clear and not too cold. Free use of the gym and spa as an optional extra. Soft music at just the right volume during the day, DJs and high-class musical entertainment on alternate evenings, always with a discreet and elegant approach. The various outdoor and indoor bars are open all day, serving drinks as well as tasty dishes and snacks, always in keeping with the hotel's high standards. If I had to make one small criticism, it would be that the waiting staff are a little too eager to clear empty plates. Otherwise, the days at Tsamis are magnificent. Above all: lots and lots of relaxation. We will definitely be back. Well done, Tsamis!

Absolutely Amazing Stay at Tsmamis Suites! Tsmamis Suites is absolutely gorgeous – everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. There are plenty of pools to choose from, plus amazing access to the sea, which is perfect for snorkeling. Our room was stunning and super comfortable. The food was excellent, with lots of variety and something new every day. And the staff? Incredibly friendly and kind – they really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway!

The hotel is so disappointing. Service is bad, the food at breakfast was ok , but in the evening in was horrible, most of the food served was not hot food. The hotel room doesn’t look bad, but they had an empty minibar. The staff failed to bring didn’t bring clean towels instead of the dirty ones and the one bottle of water that they bring in the room wasn’t even always provide. Even the front desk was so unprofessional, we ask them to call us taxi and all that came was dirty and old even tried to pick up other people from different hotels. We went to check the massage in the spa, it was a leg massage for 20minutes , they were overpriced and didn’t even give proper massage. The beach is so small, the ones that are actually near water are just couple of sunbed, and some sand thrown on the floor. Overall we were happy to leave. The only person who was helpful and nice was the concierge, who was clearly overworked. Oh and don’t get me started that there is no actual place that is comfortable to sit in the hotel lobby. If you want to sit all day by the pool it’s for you, but beach doesn’t worth it .

Welcome was good. Relaxing start with a welcome drink before going to your room. We had a lot of issues for 4 nights stay. Safe broke twice. Light in shower broke. Housekeeping terrible only made bed one in four nights and broke a glass bottle which wasn’t cleaned up properly. Towels have seen better days. Only a few staff as friendly. Staff need training to be more friendly with guests. Food is not good. Sadly this seemed like it was going to be a great resort but it sadly lacks in most areas. I worked for a hotel so have some experience. Also there was a puppy staying who barked and cried a lot very early in the morning.

I repeat: this is NOT a 5-star hotel! Don’t waste your money here because you will end up feeling you were robbed. Let’s start with the good things. The location is nice and the pools are overlooking the sea. The beach is nothing special, but they did spend some money to make a clean path of sand through the rocks. For me, this is where the positive things end. The breakfast is below average and we are lucky we didn’t opt for Half Board. The service is close to the worst I have experienced: the staff is mostly new recruits, probably taking on their first ever job, at least 3 of them openly admitted “I am sorry but I am new here” when we started complaining about not getting a proper coffee after waiting for 25 minutes in a totally empty bar. Hotel claims there are parking spaces in the property. What they don’t mention is that there is 1 parking space for every 50 rooms they offer. I have been leaving my car in an alley, walking 300m back to the hotel every single night. This is also the first so-called five star I have been in my life with an empty mini bar. This is what you normally get in a 3-star. Take that fifth star off your logo. This is fake.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. I spent a week there with my partner, and everything was perfect. The resort is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably clean. We are incredibly grateful to every member of the staff — everyone was so kind and created a truly warm, family-like atmosphere. Special thanks to Yamis and Vasilis. We really hope to return as soon as possible. We can only recommend this place! Thank you for everything!❤️

We spent six days here. The resort is luxurious, clean, spacious, with plenty of space in the restaurant and on the beach loungers. The advantage is that it is adults only. At the same time, it is a disadvantage, because arriving in an odd number means paying for one place, including half board and tourist tax, unnecessarily. We had rooms with and without a pool, and both were in perfect order. The care of the pools was generally exemplary. The receptionist Yannis helped solve the problem with the air conditioning without delay. The service in the restaurants was pleasant, the food was tasty and varied. The sea near the hotel is clean and calm. Mr. Vasilis deserves an extra sentence - he really welcomed us happily, showed us the rooms, I saw him smiling during the entire stay and finally took us to the airport. Such a nice person.

Our experience at Tsamis Zante Suites made our holiday in Zakynthos truly memorable. The resort features comfortable, modern rooms, and the common areas are breathtaking—especially the pool area and the private beach. We opted for a stay with breakfast and dinner included, and after a week we can confidently say the cuisine is of excellent quality, varied, and caters to all tastes. There are both local and international culinary options, with a special mention for the outdoor kitchen where different dishes are served every evening, including delicious grilled meats and sautéed vegetables. We can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and constant smiles—especially Stella and Doris; or for the invaluable assistance and tireless attention of Iannis, the food and beverage manager. There are a few areas for improvement, such as the room cleaning, which may have been slightly below the standard of a hotel in this category. Some small details were a bit disappointing, like the crumpled, unreplaced toiletries or the white wine from the menu being served too warm. Communication among staff members could also be improved, as they weren’t always aligned in their responses to guests. It might be helpful for Southern European guests (Italy, Spain, Portugal etc.) to have the option of dining after 10:00 PM, especially during months like June when it’s enjoyable to stay on the beach late into the evening.
