It’s was a great hotel just did not know that you had to be 21 to check into a hotel would have liked to know that before purchasing.

Very nice hotel!

空港に近い郊外のロードサイド、車の出入りにとても便利。すぐそばに日系スーパーがあり、フードコートもあります。今回はシカゴ市内にはほとんど寄らずスタジアム、アーリントンハイツ、エバンストンなどで過ごしましたがお天気に恵まれサイコーでした。帰国の14日朝はとても涼しく感じました。ホテルの部屋は清潔、無駄なくらい広い。ただアメニティは限定的。自分で用意する必要があります。全般的に良いホテルでした⭕️

非常差的服務，跟前台約好到機場接，可是白白等了兩個小時也不來，司機壓根沒去還説去了。最後還是自己打的到酒店的。損失了44刀。不推薦這家酒店。

服務很好。離日本超市很近

距離日本城很近，去機場也不遠。酒店比較新，停車方便，早餐也可以。房間相對比較大，裏面結構設施也都合理。

I booked this hotel because of the shuttle, but I didn't realize that it doesn't run on the weekends, so we had to pay for a Lyft for our return trip to O'Hare. We also had to call the hotel in order to get picked up from the airport. The shuttle did take us to a nearby restaurant so that we could eat dinner, and then it picked us up. Beds were comfortable and the Breakfast Buffet was very good!

The hotel was very comfortable and accommodating when we needed extra towels and pillows. Very convenient location as we wanted to be close to Mitsuwa. Even had Miso Soup and Rice with Nori and Furikake for breakfast options.

Booked this hotel for a 3N/4D stay in the Chicago area with my friends. As we were looking for a place that was convenient to airport, downtown and suburbs spots, this property fit the bill. Clean property. Very helpful front desk staff. Convenient location. What's not to like!!! The only ding on an otherwise very pleasant overall experience would be limited vegetarian breakfast options (especially the hot food). Top notch value otherwise.

Pleasant location, clean with a friendly staff. Very walkable and we loved Johnny's barbecue. Shot train ride to Chicago. We were surprised by how clean Chicago is.I would stay again if I was in the area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel was a lot more affordable than surrounding hotels. Our room was spacious with 2 double beds and very clean. Bathroom was a bit smaller than other IHG resorts but it was clean and sufficient. Place was secure and front desk was always available. Staff was friendly and took care of our needs promptly. Surrounding area has tons of places to eat and shop. Walmart is a few blocks away and the Woodfield Mall is a 5 min drive. If you want to drive out to the city or other parts of Chicagoland the highway is easily accessible a few blocks away from the hotel. Definitely would stay again here in the future and recommend family and friends

This hotel is subpar at best. Front desk was not friendly at all. Just stared at us as we passed them several times during our stay. The "snack shop" had barely anything in it. Breakfast started at 6:30 and by 6:45 they were out of eggs and pancakes. My husband accidentally left his electric shaver in the room. When I called they said housekeeping didn't turn it in. What a surprise. The only pro was the bed was comfortable. The most unfriendly staff I've encountered at hotel. Won't stay there again.

This was an EXCELLENT Holiday Inn Express. All the staff were courteous, attentive, and kind. The hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was being attended to the entire morning. I am so happy I chose to stay here during my trip to All State Arena.
