Cleanliness was not good - not a total horror show, but lots of bugs and chipped paint. Felt more like a youth hostel than a hotel. They also kept cancelling our booking through the booking platform claiming there were payment issues when my bank claimed there was no attempts. After we gave in and booked direct they then lumped us with extra “services charges” at the end. It’s also on one of the less pretty beaches in Buzios. If returning I would stay closer to Praia Joao Fernandes.

Amazing location, the view over the beach is incredible. The hotel offers multiple restaurants, great breakfast, multiple pools and also spa options. The beach and beach club are easily reached. They also offer transport services and activities. Luxurious and amazing stay

The room was great, so was the breakfast and food from the bar. Very friendly staff. I’m sure I will stay there again next time I’m in Buzios. I really liked the two free large bottles of water they give you each day, we Brits need hydration in Brazil :)

El hotel es muy bueno, cómodo, acogedor, tranquilo y se encuentra a 25 min del centro caminando. Queda al lado de la playa Ferradura lo que lo hace aún más bueno. El personal siempre atento y preocupado, destaco la amabilidad de Vinicius, nos hizo sentirnos como en casa. Si pueden utilizar las áreas comunes del Hotel Insólito, lo que lo hace aún mejor, ya que tiene lugares y vistas maravillosas. Solo falta variedad en el desayuno.

Um hotel muito bom, recomendo para vários pessoas, quarto confortável e restaurante muito bom, o lado ruim é de não ter piscina aquecida e o café da manhã não ter muitas opções, funcionários gentis e infraestrutura perfeita, mas as toalhas de piscinas estavam velhas.

Hotel delicioso, atendimento impecável, principalmente na pessoa do Vinicius, que faz tudo ao seu alcance para que nós, hóspedes, desfrutemos de uma experiência única. Ligação com o insólito, vinhos brancos geladíssimos e piscinas tops. Voltarei outras vezes.
