Удобства: Определенно не такой элитный, как отечественные гостиницы, более оригинальный.
Гигиена: Очень чисто, горячий душ тоже очень удобен, отличный.
Окружающая среда: Близко к морю, само собой разумеется, естественная среда, морской бриз очень комфортен ночью.

The services as soon as we arrived were awesome. All bookings were done efficiently, just gave our passports, and the room was already waiting for us, in no time.
I loved the cart, which took us to our room...with our luggages.The cart also took us to Spaghetti Restaurant, nearby.
The staff were so friendly, l was startled by the many Fijian faces, l met and saw. It felt like home.
The breakfast was yummy. A variety of food and drinks. Also, I managed to do our laundry, the laundry room, was nearby, afew rooms away from our block.
To conclude, the experience was worth the rates.

This did not feel like a 4 star resort, and for around $300 a night, I would expect far better service etc. Noisy air con , thin worn towels, roosters roaming free in the gardens crowing at 4.30am onwards, dated rooms, no wifi not even in general areas, staff at reception that are disinterested and don’t look happy in particular the guy at the separate table who didn’t want to help anyone. After I asked him a question he told me he can’t help then directed me to another office who sent me back to him and he still didn’t want to help and another staff member told him to help which eventually he agreed to help but still couldn’t help me with my basic question of what time the shuttle bus leaves for the airport in the morning which I had prepaid the resort for! It was too much trouble for him to look it up. I just don’t think the staff have been trained in good customer service, especially staff at reception who are the first impression front line. It’s a shame as most staff at other resorts and services are so helpful and happy to help.
The staff at the restaurant were friendlier.
