Clean with a great staff .. convenient location.

Clean Rooms, and the staff is the best. Leesha, Nick, and Deborah go out of their way to make your stay a good one. Housekeeping is very accommodating. Very central to all Asheville has to see and do. Definitely will stay again when in Asheville.

Front desk lady told me she doesn't feel like making a room reservation for a walk in so she just tells customers there are no rooms available. Very sick employees. I believe the owner fully needs to be aware of how their employees simply doesn't care about their hotel. Period

Bed frame was very unstable. Then In the middle of the night, when I went into the bathroom, there were puddles on the floor. Went to shut the water off, but neither the sink nor the toilet were leaking. Had to use all my towels.

Parking lot is huge and free… only one run in with a homeless man and that’s because I went out to my car at 3 am to smoke and he was next door screaming. This hotel is 4 minutes from downtown Asheville and has over five food options, didn’t know the room comes with a full fridge and a stove and a sink or I might’ve brought more food!! Bed was definitely uncomfortable but thankfully the rest of the room made up for the bed being so hard

Room wasn’t clean and we never got the dishes and utensils we requested. They also double charged us for the room. The area around the property is abandoned and seems unsafe.

Our stay was good room clean staff friendly The only complaint I have is when we checked in the lady double charged my credit card and still waiting on refund!

Friendly staff. Clean room. Bed was a little stiff. Some neighbors were loud (no fault of the facility, of course). Would stay here again

The check-in was prolonged by technical issues. The Front desk folks were very apologetic and worked to correct the issue. The bed was not the best. The room was very clean and well enjoyed.

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly especially the front desk clerk. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Ashville. They have everything you need and then some. Hopefully I can make it up for breakfast in the morning.

There was no hairdryer in the room. I had not brought one, and this was disconcerting. Presence of a hair dryer in hotels is so common that I felt misled. It was an extended stay hotel with microwave, refrigerator, etc. However, there were no dishes or glasses. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance. The "breakfast" was very limited (muffins, Granola bars, coffee/tea.)

I’ve stayed at many Extended Stays- this is was by far the most outdated one I’ve seen.

Excellent staff love Allison at the Front Desk and all the staff is amazing. Hotel kept clean! When so is broken they fix it right away didn’t even have to ask.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel it was very clean and the staff was amazing always greeting me and most of all gave me my room accommodations with walk in shower based on my profile. Thank you for a plea stay I came for work and I will stay here again.
