一個很好的酒店，環服務非常好，出周圍很安全，出門左轉右轉均有一個大型商場，有很多本地特色產品，超市很大，非常便利，主要是安全。出門左轉300米有一家香格里拉中國餐廳，味道很不錯，價格合適。

Nice from the outside but old, partially worn out inside. Imagine paying 200$ a night and the pool bar only opens at 5, in the lobby listless waiters run away when they see a client. By far too expensive for a hotel that should cost around 70$ . It’s like a 2.5 star place hyped up by unknowing locals . Looks exactly like when I stayed here in 2005. They literally changed nothing but the TV and hopefully the bed sheets in 20 years . Sledgehammer noise in the lobby the whole day. This place is a joke , and an expensive one. Awful Marriott Ambassador Elite recognition. Well, practically none. The cramped club lounge near the closed pool bar is small and a joke. Fortunately I could cancel 7 of my 8 nights. I won’t ever come back . Overpriced, Overrated and just a sad example of how a Sheraton should not be.

VERY PROFESSIONAL FRONT OFFICE LADY MANAGER. Mariano, the waiter, was outstanding. The hotel is about to renovate, just in time. Good sleeping and quite room, except the noise of moving lifts. Poor Porter service, not always available. Prime location, next to very modern mall with huge choice of F&B outlets.

Located a short drive from the airport and in the middle of the new part of the city. 10 mins drive to the old part. A good hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable gym and good breakfast. There are shopping areas either side of the hotel for those items forgotten as well. All in all a good hotel

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were clean and mattresses were nice .Room and specially bathroom need remodeling. Staff was friendly and hotel breakfast was suitable. Club room is basic, so overall I would give it 4 stars. Perfect Location.

Stayed here for 2 weeks for a work trip. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant servers! The beds are comfortable. It’s in an easy to access and safe area with many food options available nearby. It’s about 25 min away by Uber from the historical center, but is great for business meetings. I booked a conference room during my stay here and it was very easy. They also have laundry services on site and all of my clothes came back fresh the next day. The gym is small but has everything you need for a good workout. The walls are a bit thin and I’d recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, but besides that it was a perfect stay. My only recommendation is for them to add tea kettles to the room. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Always a great experience here. Our third stay here and strive is great. Easy check-in, great breakfast. Location is ideal. Highly recommend you try this place out. Facilities are well kept. Roof top pool is a must visit also!! You will not be disappointed!

Fomos em um grupo 11 mulheres todas muito bem posicionadas e ao chegarmos lá, não fomos bem recebidas pela recepcionista Patrícia, como se não nos quisessem ali, depois nos colocaram nos aptos de fundos, sendo que pagamos por andar alto e vista para cidade. Entramos em contato com nosso agente de viagem que confirmou nosso pagamento por esses detalhes e eles afirmavam ao nosso agente que nossos aptos tinham essa vista. Muito desagradável. Em nenhum gerência do hotel se pronunciou de alguma maneira cordial ou elegante. O hotel é bom, restaurante também, os garçons muito gentis e agradáveis, porém infelizmente essa Patricia da portaria e uma de óculos que se disse gerente( não sei o nome ) não deveriam estar a frente de um hotel de tamanho se não é esse seu perfil. Devo ressalvar a Andressa muito agradável e gentil que fez nosso checkout , além de competente!
