Perfect for a weekend getaway to enjoy family/friends, explore UGA or attend music and sporting events. We had a wonderful stay. The house was in a very convenient location for us. It was very clean. The owner contacted me several times, including to make sure we checked in ok and asked if it was ok for his lawn to be mowed during our stay, as to not bother us. Thank you!

This is such a nice home - clean, beautiful, and close to a lot of places! Host communicates promptly & even recommended some places for us to visit (along with offering for us to check in a little early, although I can’t guarantee that will be an available perk for every single visit…but that was awfully nice/generous of him!). We had a great, relaxing time and plan on returning soon.

2025 Graduation The house was super cute and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The host was amazing and communicated with us daily to check in. If we’re ever in the Athens area again, we will definitely try to book this house.

Meeting the future in laws Location was perfect with all the events goin on for the graduation and meeting the family. Quiet, clean, lovely space, perfect size for 3 adults.

Amazing Place to Stay! The house and property is top notch! Highly recommend. Additionally, the owner was very quick and responsive to questions. He gave lots of suggestions for local things and sought to make everything work with so much ease.

Great place and host! This house was perfect for our stay in Athens. Its proximity to UGA is exactly what we needed as we came for the ASCE Southeast Symposium. Our host Bart recommended places to eat and was quick to respond when we had a question! Highly recommend this house should your travels bring you Athens.
