Concierge was friendly and extremely helpful. Made us feel like home. Rooms were very clean. Servers are breakfast were wonderful especially Natassia.
Location was great to metro,
Plaka
Monastirakii,
Close to Syntagma.
Will be coming back.

Great location near the Acropolis and tour operators.This hotel had excellent buffet breakfast included in the Acropolis view restaurant. The staff were very helpful arranging airport transfers. The room we had was quiet and had a full king sized bed. We gladly recommend this boutique style hotel.

We had the most amazing traditional Greek dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The view across to the Parthenon was breathtaking, being lit up as night fell, Our host/waiter was absolutely obliging the whole time we were dining.

Hotel was delightful, staff was helpful and polite. View was amazing. The bathroom was very small but entirely of white marble and shower water was hot. Towels were beach size and smelled awesome. Room had large TV and mini fridge.

It's old and the rooms are outdated. Lots of insects throughout the building. Customer service was nonexistent. The place has a great view upstairs and would be a great fixer upper for the right investor.

This was our first stay in Athens and we stayed two nights. The hotel is in a fabulous location and is only a short walk from the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, the Parliament building with the hourly Changing of the Guards and many restaurants & bars serving good priced local and international fare. The hotel has two lifts although they are small, which could lead to slight delays at peak times, although we never experienced any problem. Overall a fantastic stay. PS. You can also request for rooms with views of the Acropolis.

Great views from Breakfast and Restaurant room. Location is great and perfect for door drop offs and pickups and close walking distance to many attractions. Only drawback (or benefit maybe) was that it was not in the glitzy tourist area which is only two blocks away.

Absolutely perfect location. Easy walk with luggage to/from Metro. 5 minute walk to South base if Acropolis. 2 minutes walk to Plaka. Next door to Hadrian's Arch. Beautiful breakfast on 7th floor with floor to ceiling windows and view of the Acropolis!

Close to everything including the Acropolis. Temple of Zeus and the Plaka district. Close to buses, train and the hop on and off buses. Room was quite small and no where to lay down your bulky suitcases. Bathroom was immaculate with Carrera marble everywhere and nicely appointed fixtures. The roof top restaurant was delicious. We tried everything on the menu and ate every bit of all appetizers and entrees. Great Apirol spritz best in Athens and the view was magnificent. Great breakfast buffet and morning frappe cappuccinos made with Italian coffee beans. All service people we encountered were friendly and gave us a feel of family.
Across the street on the corner is a great Italian/Greek gelato shop that I find to be the best on Athens. Enjoy everyone.

This is an older building, so the bathroom is small and dated, but everything works. Anna at the desk was lovely and helpful on our first evening. The little patio is a lovely quiet place to sit outside after shopping and sightseeing (it's really for smokers, but few use it). Everyone notes the wonderful Acropolis view from the dining room, but the food is scarcely mentioned, which is a shame because it is also wonderful. We ate there the first evening and decided we would do that again. Chicken souvlaki, and lemon pavlova for dessert, Heavenly!.

In January, my husband and I booked a room for September 2023 for two nights. We made the reservation online using our American Express, the account we have used in the past for European travel. One week prior to our reservation, we received an email informing us our reservation was canceled. No further explanation. First, we contacted AMEX; they did not place a hold on our card or intervened in any way with this reservation. We called the hotel twice and were told to reserve again. The dates are no longer available so that wasn't even an option for them. They claim they did not initiate the cancelation. Three emails later and we have no answers and no reservation. Traveling from the US, this is beyond frustrating. It looks like a nice hotel and the location looks appealing as well. Be careful, though, and have a back up somewhere else.
