I loved the views and the hotel

1. 入住期間，在門口懸掛請勿打擾的情況下，有清潔人員在不敲門，不按門鈴的情況下直接刷卡進門。2. 入住後發現有之前住客的襪子還留在地上沒有清理，非常噁心。3. 因為前兩條，前台check out時表示會免收客房消費以示補償，但在我離開後重新收取了這部分費用，雖然幾十刀並不多，但這樣的欺騙行為非常糟糕。可見酒店並非個別部門的問題，而是整體存在問題，建議不要入住。

We’ve come here for years and love it, however this time was a bid different experiment. In addition to being told by the bartender who confirmed it that they had a shuttle that would take us to our restaurant (1 mile away), we were informed by the valet when we went to leave that they don’t do that anymore. We booked and paid through ******* prior to checking in, yet after We checked out and reviewed our credit card statement we realized that we were Charged an additional $197 deposit for incidentals, a charge from the courtesy bar that we got nothing from and the full price for the room. The invoice i was emailed was only for the overnight parking. I called the hotel and the amazing customer service rep graciously credited back all the extra and frivolous charges but said it it may be several day before the large amount of money I’d credited back. We have stayed at this hotel for years beginning when it was still the Ritz and we have never had the issue of multiple extra charges. Just beware that you may be out a lot of money if it happens to you and there is no shuttle service anymore.

My wife and I have been here several times over the past few years. Every time we come here, we are always taken well care of. Excellent staff (Morris Gordon was extremely helpful) clean rooms, beautiful facilities. This time was the best! Our room was upgraded due to hotel being at capacity no extra charge. We plan on using The Whitley for years to come!

The elegance and valet service was great. The restaurant wait was abysmal. The waitress ignored us. But the black waitress came over to help us giving us silverware to eat with and provided soft drinks.

Wow! Great hotel! Super comfy bed; beautiful coffee service; quiet; great location. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Our room was ON FIRE when we went up the elevator and opened the door the room was full of smoke and the smoke alarm was going off. The service staff was nice, but not very helpful in knowing what was going on in the room we couldve died in. After waiting 20-30 minutes with no answer or offer of another room for the night we requested and were given a full refund. Its a shame we couldnt have gotten more information.

This is my sixth time at Whitley. Overall, it was enjoyable as usual. Service staff, and in particular bar/restaurant area was overwhelmed at times. Also, since hotel does not have gift shop, they should consider stocking rooms w. Drinks and snacks.

Very nice hotel. Its been recently renovated and its totally modern. Mulitple restaurants acroas the street and good shopping. Very comfortable beds. All around very elegant and nice.
