Ocean views- Newly built duplex (May 2019) with garage, elevator, 3 private balconies, and community swimming pool. Sleeps 8-10. This 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, is nicely decorated, and located in beautiful Atlantic Beach, NC. A great location, with ocean views from 2 balconies and pool view balcony from the dining area. A 3-minute walk across the street to the beach. Community swimming pool located right outside the door! Convenient to many activities (NC Aquarium, boat docks, fishing piers, restaurants, bars, & Fort Macon State Park). Bedrooms: 2 Masters with a king beds, 1 queen bed, twin beds, high quality linens. (Twin and Queen bedroom share a bathroom) Sofa has a hide away queen bed. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. All paper products and garbage bags are provided. Our duplex is equipped with High speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TV’s. You may stream from your favorite accounts (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Direct TV, Amazon Prime etc.). Large capacity Washer/dryer on first floor. Gas grill located in the garage, Just roll it outside to use. Please note: Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS. Atlantic beach Although a no smoking property, it smelled like there had been smoking. Especially downstairs bedroom.

Summertime Beach Vacation This is our third time staying at this property and had another great summer vacation! Great location, property is clean and well stocked and Jan is a great host!

Atlantic Beach Getaway Overall, we had a fine time. Before checking in, there must have been a glitch in the app because I couldn’t access the door code by asking the host, so I had to refer to VRBO for help. That worked out ok. I must say that the downstairs bedroom had a strong and distinct mildew smell. It really should be fixed to eliminate the odor. Many people are allergic to mold, which, if not corrected, the mildew will turn into mold causing a potential health hazard. Good luck fixing it!

Hawk Waited thirty minutes for cleaners to leave after our appoimted check in time...not the owners fault at all...they cleaners did a bad job..... everything else was on point and as advertised

Wonderful Family Vacation We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable and was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults. The walk to the beach was short with the convenient location of the home, and there were also several restaurants/bars/shops within easy walking distance. The pool access was a great bonus.

Great Property! Excellent location w beach access right across the street and the pool just a minute walk outside your door. Walking distance to several restaurants. The accommodations worked out great with 2 primary bedrooms for the adults and then 2 more rooms for the kids. Definitely recommend staying here!
