Evicted from the room due to a miscommunication about checkout dates. The point of contact at the hotel utilized a phone number not associated with the reservation (confirmed through booking) to make contact, then used the lack of contact as justification for packing our belongings and leaving them on the floor in the office. At a future date, when attempting to get an invoice for the stay, the respondent was argumentative and unsupportive. I was told to get my receipt through the website instead of the hotel WHO PROCESSED THE CHARGE. This has been the absolute worst customer service received from a hotel during business travel. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the any other hotels nearby. Nothing about this location justifies the attitude received from the front desk attendant.
