Location was good if you’re looking to stay close to Worcester for cheap. Room kind of smelled weird though. Didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak to that. Probably wouldn’t go back.

The bald guy behind the counter was great !! The room smelled a little of mildew ..

The property is old which is fine but it smelled like covered up **** and cigarette smoke. For the price of it, the place could use a facelift.

The room was incredibly nice! A big fridge and a microwave were very helpful. The beds are soo comfy! Only complain was no one at the front desk when we needed help with the AC but they came by later & got it fixed, so not even a complaint.

We booked 2 adjoining rooms for 2 nights. Upon arrival the door that separated the rooms was broke. Could not open the door at all. Plus our door to the room itself was broke and could only be opened backwards. Never seen anything like it. We ended up checking out early on our second night before regular check in would have been. I went to management desk to tell them of our concerns and they told me they didn’t know anything about it since they were new. Plus the area was very shady with several individuals hanging around outside all night. Would never tell anyone to stay there. If I could have gave them zero stars I would have.

There was a lot of noise and I think is very inconsiderate to put a guest next fto a room or under a room thats being remodeled! The noise did not let me rest at all.

Bathroom was falling apart …had to go downstairs and ask for a quilt and toiletries cuz no soap or other things in room. On all floors, no ice in machines. All sanitary dispensers had nothing in them. ********** were asking me for money cuz people have residency there. Breakfast had only yogurt, bread, coffee and eggs. Juice machine wasn’t working and waffles wasn’t working. Loud noises from room. Wowww, never again. Sooooooo disappointed

I checked in around 7 pm March 13th. Before I even went to my room I got a phone call from home and had to leave in the morning to go home I went to the desk and asked the boy behind the counter if I’d be able to cancel the next night because I was going to be unable to stay he said he didn’t know how to do it and I’d have to talk to the manager in the morning so I went to my room which was terrible there were burns on the toilet seat where someone had put out what I hope was cigarettes but who really knows it was a non smoking room so shouldn’t have been any burn marks it smelled horrible I heard a mouse chewing in the corner in the middle of the night then was woke up at 7am with construction work in the room right next to me that sounded like it was in my room I packed my bags and went to the desk to talk to someone about checking out and there was nobody at the desk and I had to leave because I had a 4 hour drive home I called and tried to take care of it on the phone and got put through 5different people to tell me they couldn’t help me

Entry door didn’t work easily, had to use my shoulder, then went to the front desk for help, he said that I have to pull up on the handle after he tried going down, but then the lock wouldn’t allow the door to close. It took 2 days before I left. And they still didn’t fix the problem.

We loved the staff; they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was construction starting before 8am that created excessive noise in the room to the extent that we had to check out earlier than planned in order to make work-related phone calls, as the noise was so disruptive.

Mattress was old and dimpled. Not to compatible and the frame was 3” wider so I hit my ankle twice in the frame. Not to happy.

it was stated that it was a smoke-free environment when you had to pay penalty to smoked I couldn't breathe the whole time. The smell of smoke in the room was so bad and it wasn't very clean in the room. We went for breakfast in the morning and the bagels were moldy and there was a rotten, moldy orange as well. We did report to the staff.

The property was pretty rundown. The bed was fairly clean, but the carpeting and chair looked pretty dirty. Lots of chipped paint and the room didn't smell great. No smoking signs everywhere but the hotel had definitely been smoked in regularly.
