Was nice and had a good stay. As my room had direct sunlight, it took a long while before it cooled. They also have some free parking available for guests.

I have to highly commend you on your staff members, especially Hamal (I'm sorry I hope I have that right) on reception. She is just the loveliest person and such a great welcome to your hotel. We had a food and beverage credit so dined at Tiger and were very impressed with our meal and service. Paid parking was great and secure. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Unfortunately we probably won't stay again as the noise of the road, the hallway, and lack of sound proofing between rooms made it quite difficult to sleep. But I think I'm sensitive to noise.

Pros Room has good amenities like coffee and Clean bathroom Cons Noisy - hallways need carpet, needed earplugs. There is nothing around hotel like restaurants or cafes. Bathroom door is impossible to open without using body weight, faulty construction.

Very new hotel, so everything very clean. Room was very modern design. All staff very helpful. Great gym in hotel. Coffee shop right outside the hotel entrance is perfect with friendly baristas and delicious cakes!! Short Uber ride to airport. Further away from CBD.

看效果圖以為酒店挺好的，結果到了現場，裝修質量非常差，地板空鼓，給我的第一間房味道超大，後來換了一間。量化一下，硬件質量大概是國內全季的50%。

店員很死板。一定要下午兩點才給辦入住。去早了要加錢。有房間也不給。房間跟圖片有差異。房間裏咖啡機壞的。剛裝修完還是有很大的裝修後的味道。酒店餐廳菜品很鹹。配菜都是那一種。很單調。不會再選擇。

我覺得C P值很高，因為裡面的裝潢很漂亮，而且大部分的職員服務態度都很好，但是離市區有一點遠，所以每次出門都還是要再開車，不過旁邊有洗衣店還蠻方便的。

The hotel was built in this location to be close to both the CDB and airport. We are about 15 minutes from both the CBD and the airport and access to the hotel is easy – just 2 turns off the motorway – so very easy to get to the hotel and there is a lot of carparking available.
