The room was clean and neat. The hotel was great, the shopping site was walking distance. However be prepared to walk up the hill. This hotel is located above the hill top. Its like walking up the bukit timah hill. Some of the track to the hotel can be very steep. There is a halal chinise noodle restaurant similar in SG.

Location was great, and the room was really good for a budget hotel. Extra cost for parking, but we were still happy with the service 😊

My time at this hotel was amazing! The view from my room was so pretty, looking out at the water. The staff were really nice, and my room was super clean . Also , Being a tea lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of tea flavors available in the room which was complimentary . It was a delightful treat to explore the various options and indulge in my favorite beverage while taking in the beautiful views. Overall, my stay at was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. I left feeling refreshed . I definitely suggest it to others!

This is a great hotel, fantastic value for money, very clean, nice people, superb breakfast, we were very comfortable. Some of the decor a little tired, although fittings were obviously of good quality. This was reflected in the bargain price. Really great location.

Clean and pretty quiet for a centre hotel. Helpful staff who stored our bags for the day. Washing machine and washing powder on the room a bonus.

Room is clean, furniture looks new. Bed is comfortable. From the hotel the Britomart station will take around 15 by walking which is quite easy to go down hill. But come back with up hill can burn a lot of your energy especially it you carried with big luggage alongs. Over all, still good place to stay in Auckland

Even if hotel view of the room is a little bit disappointed, the clean,wide,and mordern bedrooms and amenities are really great! I love luxury lobby view as well as fitness, and swimming pool! Its better to take a taxi to reach out hotel due to location. The hotel is located at the hill.

Location is great. Apartment size is reasonably spacious. Comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with washer and dryer.

Stayed for 4 days and by far it is a good location near cbd, breakfast is good. Just the day I checked out I have asked a courtesy to print my iterinary and theres a girl in reception who is very very rude saying " NO " to a customer, As a suggestion, they sould put atleast one public computer and printer in the lobby, if they have issue with privacy, please be advise its is common for a traveler to have this kind of demand as we arent familiar with the place to find printers! To make your customer stay convienent please if theres a safest way you can help customer with other amenities that make sense like printing, we are travellers and its one of the requirement in the airport, As a suggestion to the management, Kudos to those two gentlemen in reception who help me with printings- Thank You, They are those kind of personel needs to keep! And deserve a raise. It happens June 22 2023 around 8:40am. This is nothing personal I just felt offended with the girl receptionist approached! I asked her many times if she is raising her voice, 2x and asked if she is mad. The rest of my stay was quite and comfortable.

Nice spot. If you can get it on a cheaper night it's a great deal.
