Enjoy our second home as your vacation home for your visit to Catalina, with walking distance to all the fun activities. Three bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs), 2 1/4 bathrooms, full kitchen with microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, kurig and a washer/dryer. We truly enjoy sipping coffee on the master suite balcony. The open floor plan on the first floor allows time enjoy family or catch up on your sports on the Smart TVs. There is also spaces in the house to sit by yourself and finish that book you just started. The balcony off the 2nd floor master bedroom and the large front porch are great places to watch the world go by.
