Centrally located in Los Angeles just 30-40 min from Downtown LA, Hollywood, & Disneyland and other neighboring cities. Private compound with free gated parking (1 space reserved)
We are centrally located to most LA attractions without the high price of living expense,
We own a private residential compound with four (4) separate private units on the lot, all with their own separate and private entrances from the gated parking/driveway area. The middle house has all the comforts of home. It is private and cozy and you have the entire unit all to yourself. It has a full kitchen. This unit do not have a yard. Apology
2 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms
Bedroom #1 - queen bed, (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2 - has 2 twin size beds, and 1 - pull up trundle (twin) - sleeps 3
Living Room #3 - has 2 sofa beds (sleeps - 2)
Total can sleep 7 people
(one time-$50 set up fee and need to let us know during booking if you need the extra beds),
It is equipped with AC/Heat, coffee maker, Wifi, and Cable TV.
If you value a pristine living space, then this house is tailored just for you: Leave outdoor shoes outside to prevent dirt and germs from entering. This simple habit effectively maintains the cleanliness and freshness indoors. Title: Not the Unit Advertised – Very Disappointing StayUnfortunately, our experience with this rental was very disappointing. The biggest issue was that the apartment we received was not the one listed on Vrbo. We booked based on the photos and description, but what we walked into was entirely different. This felt misleading and set the tone for the rest of the stay.Other issues we encountered included:•The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get proper rest.•The living room furniture was stiff and not relaxing at all.•Bathroom outlets didn’t work, making it difficult to use hair dryers or other essentials.•The guest bathroom faucet was broken—it wouldn’t turn left, so there was no hot water.•The kitchen had dirty, used sponges, which felt unsanitary.•There was an ant infestation throughout the apartment, and it clearly needs pest control.•One of the window shades was broken, leaving no way to block out light or get privacy.We expected much more based on the listing. This unit needs attention and proper upkeep—and guests deserve transparency about the space they are actually booking.

Good and Clean
Plenty of sleeping space. Unfortunately no couches and chairs to lounge in and enjoy family time and college playoffs. Table and chairs in kitchenette area. The rental would have been almost perfect had there been a couch and some lounge chairs in the living area.

Not the 5 stars
I give 4 stars to this property because the listing is not completely accurate. It is listed as a townhouse, with a picture of a front yard. They are both inaccurate for what you actually get. This is a building that looks like a townhouse, which has 4 units. The one we stayed on, is an apartment on the second floor (stairs not mentioned). The unit is a good size though, clean and comfortable . it is missing a trash disposal and a dishwasher. Communication with host was very good.

Convenient location
We are on a trip to Azusa Pacific University for business. The house is a perfect and convenient location. The hosts are super helpful and communication was very good.

Has potential
This property has great potential to be a very nice place to stay. But there are some issues that need to be addressed.
I'll start with the positives:
The property managers/owners were great. Met us there to let us in, very friendly, easy to get in touch with if we had questions.
The place was clean and spacious.
Beds were comfortable.
Some things that need to be improved:
The unit we stayed in was not the unit that shows on the booking. This is a 4 unit building, we believe, and the booking pictures show the unit in the very back with the yard. The bedrooms were set up completely different, kitchen was different, etc.
There were no side tables in any of the bedrooms.
The two bedrooms besides the master had bunk beds instead of the twins pictured. This worked for ok for our group but may not for someone else.
And, the most disappointing thing was the living room "furniture". There were no actual couches, just some kind of fold out futon-style bench and then wood cabinets with a pretty thin piece of covered foam on it and some pillows arranged across the back. One of these was placed across a wall that had an alcove in it, so there wasn't actually a way to sit where you could lean back. The other cabinet with the foam piece that was in front of a small section of wall was on rollers, so when you did lean back the unit moved forward. These were some the most uncomfortable things we have ever sat on, and made it next to impossible to relax in the evening.

Comfortable and spacious stay!
This space is great for family or groups, plenty of space and very clean. It is a little loud from neighbors, but not unbearable. Would suggest a coffee table and side tables for the bedrooms, but otherwise the space is very comfortable for being away from home. The property manager is very helpful and accommodating. Communicating instructions clearly and providing smooth support as needed. Really enjoyed the location as well, very comfortable walking around and easy to get anywhere in the city. :)

A lovely spot for a fun weekend
My friends and I were in town for Breeders' Cup and were excited to find this space that was a good driving distance from the racetrack. We appreciate the cleanliness of the space and its proximity to gas, shopping, and more as we navigated such a crazy weekend. Thank you!

The condition of this newly renovated townhouse was excellent. The manager, Sue, was very courteous. We requested a 2 p.m. check-in instead of 4 p.m. for my son's health condition. She accommodated our request. When we arrived, we had difficulty opening the security box with the code for the gate remote. I was pushing the button too quickly. Once I learned to push each number and wait for a beep, the code worked.

High tech keyless systems of doors and gate made us feel secure. The house has a welcoming and spacious lay-out. The kitchen is excellently tailored for cooking families who are on vacation. Very helpful and patient Sheena, support staff.
