Key door not working make inconvenience

It’s my second time to stay here at Avenue one thing for sure sobrang bait at approachable nang mga staff! No mornings or afternoon na hindi ka nila babatiin once na masalubong ka nila . Sobrang nakaka ganda nang araw!Sobrang linis din nang room , as-in everyday nila pinapalitan lahat! Every punta ko nang Bacolod Avenue Suites na talaga ako!❤️🫡 HALONG!💚

It was good overall😇 though, I was shocked when I had to pay for the pool but it was oka

The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable but the room was empty. It has nothing inside. Only bed. Nothing you can use

The location and the front desk was the only thing good. Room was clean but not that clean. For its price, I'd go to a different hotel.

Place is great since it in the heart of the city and near pasalubong store. The room is not that good, basic necessities are included. Tv cable not working at the time of our trip, air condition js good. Not sound proof, you can here sound from other room.

Overall is Good except fot those soap in the bathroom is quite old stock .. need TO check That by the ROOM Service

They dont have consideration for the check in time even they are not fully booked, coz when i arrived early morning and really felt so sleepy i requested to even pay them early check in so i can just rest right away but they keep saying they are still cleaning the room for 4-5hrs. I arrived 6am and the normal Check in is 2pm. Also, when i requested for An Iron they put in the bill additional payment but no iron brought to our room. Toilet bowl not clean and yellowish.  So disappointing.😣

Room descriptions need to be updated to reflect accuracy before the fact. Specifically, what rooms have windows and which ones didn't. Rooms are small Wi-Fi is bad to worse on a good day. Pool is dirty (watch your step) No closet space Bathroom was clean

Rooms too old & small / so hard to request extension at least 1hour / flat iron has charge

It was the first time I experience in any hotels to request for a flat iron that has 250php charge. It is usually free of use when you request for it.

The hotel charges extra fees for almost everything, and there is rarely any hot water — the shower is basically cold most of the time. The price does not match the level of service provided.
