Trotz Bauarbeiten und Renovierungsarbeiten! Alles bestens! Lage Top, sehr zentral! Frühstück bellissima. Ein Besuch im Bad Pyrmont und Aufenthalt im Hotel hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt ☘️❤️🐞🌸🦋☀️

Wir haben eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht und wollten im Spa entspannen. Der Spa Bereich ist toll, das Mauerwerk an manchen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen. Was aber sehr schade war, dass beide Whirlpools leer standen (nicht defekt). Vermutlich eine Art Sparmaßnahme. Sowie, dass die Bar im Spa Bereich nicht besetzt war, was jedoch überhaupt nicht schlimm war, da Getränke wie Tee und Kaffee ausreichend verfügbar waren. Frühstück wundervoll und am Personal überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Bad Pyrmont an sich ist sehr klein aber auch hier lohnt es sich durch die Gassen zu schlendern. 23.03.2024

Das Hotel bietet eine erstklassige Unterkunft für Reisende aller Art. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Ein Unterkunft mit exzellentem Service!!! Ich werde auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen !

Ganz sehr schönes, herrlich ruhiges Zimmer, rundherum sehr freundlicher Service und blitzschnelle Hilfe bei einem vergessenen Objekt. GANZ VIELEN DANK!

Frühstück war ok Ausstattung mindestens 30 Jahre und runtergewirtschaftet Service bemüht aber Betriebsblind Hatte den Anschein von Hilflosigkeit Von jedem MA andere Ausreden warum was nicht mehr funktioniert Extrem unsaubere Nebenräume und Toiletten sowie schmutzige Flure Schmutzige und durchlöcherte Gardinen Tote Fliegen, Spinnen, etc. Schwarzer schmieriger Rand im Pool Whirlpools alle defekt Haman ausgeschaltet Auch wenn das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist - sauber muss ein gutes Hotel sein Housekeeping völlig unfähig Die Betten sehen besser aus wenn mein kleiner Sohn sie macht Zimmerservice kommt wenn du grad unpässlich warst nie wieder und dein Zimmer bleibt wie es ist Shuttle Service gibt es nicht Massagetermine keine Es tut einem so leid um das schöne Haus Hier muss unbedingt etwas passieren ansonsten wird es irgendwann auch ein Lost Place wie schon so viele in diesem Ort

While I understand the need for hotels to be competitive with their pricing, I also believe in honouring agreements. In this case, Steigenberger Hotel & Spa Bad Pyrmont failed to abide by the terms of the offer presented to me. Specifically, the offer I accepted stated a price with a clear 'Includes taxes and charges'. However, after I reserved a room, they included fine print with additional costs. I was charged a Kurtax fee at check-out, which was not mentioned in the initial offer nor during check-in.  I complained three times. The front office staff was extremely unhelpful, even rude. The hotel did not rectify the overcharge nor acknowledge the lack of transparency in their pricing. This experience made me understand why this hotel has been called disappointing. It is not just about the worn towels, outdated rooms, and busy breakfast and swimming pool. It is mainly about the front office staff's attitude.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Hotel. Nice spacious room, sauna, small pool, great gardens, and the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a hotel. Could use a bit of redecoration, but still a Great deal for €150.

Dated hotel, dated rooms. no airconditioning. Staff not used to dealing with foreigners. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice location right in the middle of the village with 10 restaurants in easy walking distance. All in all not worth it.

More like a 3-3.5 star hotel. No air condition, no wifi in our room which was located in one end of the building. 2 out of 3 spa pools were closed without previous notice or excuse. Beautiful old building, nice surroundings and a good breakfast though.

The hotel lives of the location and is primarily visited by a senior audience. The interior is decently maintained, but tailored to that (60+) taste and feels very dated. I was staying for 1 night on a business trip in the region and cannot say that I feel it was worth the value. In the morning we ran into a glitch where breakfast in only starting at 8 am on Fridays. This meant that we needed to leave earlier and find a baker in the vicinity instead. The gentlemen at the reception did the right thing and took the breakfast booking of our list, however the inconvenience remained. Overall, a decent spa hotel for the intended audience, but if you‘re not aiming to fully utilize the SPA, probably not the best choice of accomodation.

Generally all good, although rooms are a bit dated, but location is very nice facing a beautiful park. The only thing which was not very nice is that when at the check out I asked a receptionist to call me a taxi, he said “you can call yourself, I can give you a number”. That was weird to hear in a 5 star hotel, especially given he clearly saw I’m a foreigner. Therefore, 2 stars for service.

A disappointing stay in a 5-star hotel. Sure, it has all the required amenities, but the hotel seems to be stuck in the 1980s. We stayed there for two nights, and upgraded our room for the second night - the extra EUR 120 per night gave us more space, but the decor and standard was the same. We have never staid with the Steigenberger chain before - if their Bad Pyrmont hotel is representative, we will not stay there again.
