Hello,
Do you want to have a good bowl of fresh air? Come and recharge your batteries in the Morbihan golf course, along the Auray river.
We offer you an apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house in Baden which is 12 km from Auray and only 15 km from Vannes. For the sportsmen, a golf course is located 5 mins away, also to discover the walks on the coastal paths, and the beaches that our region offers us.
This beautiful 80 m2 apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room with open-plan kitchen (fully equipped), small terrace, bathroom, separate WC, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 double beds), TV and Wi-Fi included.
You also have at your disposal a 400 m2 enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, as well as parking.
This apartment is available throughout the year for a minimum of 2 nights in low season, and 7 nights for the months of July and August.
Sheets are not provided (possibility of having them optional).
A deposit of 350 € will be requested on site and returned at the end of the stay.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Beautiful undiscovered backwater
Wonderfully quiet retreat. Very relaxing residence with an ever changing view of life on the water. Perfect place for a catch-up with friends and an ideal centre for visiting the amazing ancient historical sites in the Morbihan area.

Tout était parfait. La propriétaire est adorable. Son appartement qui donne sur le golfe est d'un calme absolu. Le jardin est splendide. Je recommande.

Sejour en famille et en velos dans le golfe
Tres bon accueil d Alice.Logement conforme a l annonce et aux photos.Jardin magnifique et vue imprenable sur la riviere d Auray. Tres bon emplacement pour partir faire de belles balades ou a pied.Cuisine legerement petite pour six.Bonne literie.Un.grand merci !!!

Calme et beauté du site
Accueil très sympathiqueAppartement spacieux, lumineux, offrant de très jolies vues tant sur la mer que sur le jardin, dans lequel on séjourne volontiers lorsque le temps n'incite pas à la promenade.

Magnifique
Logement bien agencé et très bien insonorisé avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière. Jardin à l'arrière de la maison juste pour nous. À noter l'escalier d'accès à l'appartement.

Un lieu à retenir
Accueil agréable, la location est bien située.
Appartement composé de trois grandes chambres et d'un séjour donnant sur une terrasse avec une vue imprenable.

Appartement dans un cadre magnifique.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’appartement qui a une vue magnifique sur la rivière d’Auray. Nous avons pu profiter du très beau jardin de Mme Jego.
L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le golfe du Morbihan.
