We extended our trip last minute to avoid driving down from Baguio late at night. For ₱2,084, better Airbnb options with superior amenities are available in the city, especially since this hotel is quite far. Check-in was smooth, the staff was accommodating, and the unit was clean but slightly dusty. It had basic amenities like a refrigerator and kettle. The biggest issue was noise. A rowdy group in the adjacent room shouted and laughed until 1 AM. (They started at 8 pm) Despite calling reception three times, they did nothing. On our third call at midnight, we requested a room transfer, but the receptionist abruptly ended the call and never followed up. We were forced to confront the drunk guests ourselves, which we wanted to avoid. The hotel failed to enforce its own rules and offered no apologies. We stayed up late due to the disturbance and, in hindsight, should have just driven home. (I have video recordings of the noise but travel.com only allows photos. So I’m just gonna attach their rules that they failed to impose)

The room is very nice, big, affordable and near in center very accessible sa tourist spot. I really love the place very clean and the staffs are good will surely stay there again.

I chose this hotel because of its location. It has a great ambiance, the garden at the back is really good. The view is amazing. It was nice having my tea there. The room itself is good. They also have complimentary Nagaraya and Blend 45 coffee (no tea, good thing I brought my own). The downside for me is that there is no hot water. I was so excited to use the bathtub but the water was so cold. I think that it was the fastest shower I ever had.😂😂😂. The location might be a bit far from the town center, but just right outside the gate of the hotel is the terminal for the jeep bound Baguio plaza- Tiptop.

Kaso wla din initan ng food. Meron malapit na mamahaling cafe at resto. Ang hirap mag hanap ng taxi if DIY kau. If u want to explore Baguio City hindi etong hotel advisable. Papuntang Nueva Viscaya na sya. Pero malinis and mabait sila kuya guard. Eto Yong hotel na hindi ko babalikan.

Clean and 5 km from the city proper which is favorable to those who wants to reconnect with nature.

This boutique hotel delivered on its promise of a tranquil escape. My search for accommodations away from the city center, prioritizing peace and serenity, was fully satisfied. The hotel offered precisely what I envisioned: a quiet, serene atmosphere with a balcony and a picturesque view of fog-shrouded trees. It was the perfect retreat. While the hotel excels in providing a peaceful ambiance, the absence of an on-site restaurant or cafe is worth noting. Guests must venture out for meals, which can be inconvenient, particularly during inclement weather. Fortunately, a nearby restaurant, Arca's Yard, is within walking distance, offering a viable dining option. A minor suggestion for improvement pertains to room readiness upon guest arrival. While our reservation was confirmed, we experienced a delay of approximately one hour before we could occupy our room, as it required cleaning. Ensuring rooms are prepared before guests arrive, especially for pre-booked accommodations, would enhance the overall guest experience. For commuters like us, the jeepney terminal is right outside the hotel gate, so it's easy to go to the city center.

It’s a relatively new property so everything is quite clean. The rooms are comfy and the staff friendly. The location is nice and quiet and having the jeepney station right outside is a plus. We would consider returning.

The hotel is new and clean. staff were very helpful and accommodating. the view is excellent will surely book again with them in our next trip to baguio.

Nice place tahimik and nice view ang balcony medyo malayo lang sya sa mga tourist spots pero approximately 15mins taxi drive lang naman

The hotel is perched at the top of Baguio, offering a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, though this means it's a bit far from most main attractions. The accommodation itself was basic—adequate for a short stay but nothing particularly remarkable. However, the check-in and check-out process left room for improvement, as the reception was notably slow. Overall, it's a decent option for those seeking a more secluded spot in Baguio, but there are areas that could be enhanced to elevate the guest experience.

The place was so nice and aesthetic. The people there is so kind. Will come back.
