Even thou the service was god and staff are courteous, sad to say, I think even if the building is old, they should replace their furniture most specially the bed as I wasn't able to sleep at night due to bed bugs bite that keeps me scraching the whole nights.

It was a good stay overall for this hotel though upon check in the room, there was a small problem in the toilet which I reported and they fix it while we are on our day out and when we came back in the evening, the issue has been fixed! Staffs are all Friendly, helpful and approachable! Good location because it’s very accessible to public transport and near to tourist spots like Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Baguio Public Market and SM City Baguio!  Will still consider when we come back to Baguio! Thank you!

The hotel is awful. Needs 100% renovation. Clogged sink and water dripping on the floor. Smells very bad, the towels are so old and dirty with stains. Bed not comfy and so old. If I can only refund and just go to other good hotel with same value.

Very good location. Very old building. Friendly staff. No vegetarian meal. Keep in mind that if you're booking here, don't expect much comfort or luxury. You're here for its location. A lot could be improved in terms of facilities but overall my stay was great.

Super bait na staff. Location is superb. Amenities, doesn't matter as long as your basic needs achieved. I and will recommend this place.

The location is the right way to stay.the room is a bit too large for us as a couple.the free breakfast is good but i suggest since we’re in Baguio maybe they good add a little more veggies and instead of serving the other type of longanisa serve their native one coz its much better taste and maybe they good add more servings too😊.Tha staff are all good too.I want to go back and stay there i hope they will have a room for single one or a small one😊 and one more thing please.its more attractive if they could more linen or cover in the bed .

This hotel is little bit old, it shows cracked hinges, a/c does not have connections (couldn’t use)… drapes are old. However, inspite of this, it was compensated by the excellent customer service, Staff were prompt when requested for some amenities… another positive thing is its location, it’s a walking distance to the night market…Price is reasonable that included breakfast (hotel management needs to have more variety of choices) Overall rating is good..

Upon arriving in the room, I noticed that there were no towels on the bed. Even though we had already asked the staff at the front desk, they said there were towels, but we couldn’t find any. In the end, we had to use our extra clothes as towels because none were provided. The blanket looked like something from a hospital—more like a curtain, to be exact. We did receive bottled water and cookies. In the bathroom, it was confusing how to turn on the shower—there were many faucets, but none of them seemed to work. There was also a strong leak from the sink, and the floor near it was already wet. As for the breakfast, the rice was undercooked, and the serving of the main dish was small. We chose tocino since it was a silog meal.

All the people working are accommodating and friendly. Parking for vehicles are also secured.

We like our experience at Baguio. Hotel staffs were friendly and the place is nice.
