Terrible! A reservation was made for 1 night in Courtyard room for 10K/- INR. Neither the booking website nor the hotel got back saying they do not have any king size beds in any of the rooms. My booking was specifically for 2 adults +1 child. On checking-in room 111, and realizing the bed is just queen size, first a request was made to move to a king size room. Didn't hear from them while waiting in the room for luggage to arrive, went to reception desk and requested again. The lady at the reception desk was curt and responded, in last 7 years no guest has made this request and they expect guests to accommodate with the sofa provided. She inferred that our child sleeps on the sofa (a major safety concern to say the least for the child). On pushing them more, so-called ***ager Suhail continued to say the hotel doesn't have any king size beds and if required extra bed will be provided BUT with additional 2.5k/- INR. So much so, after paying 10K/- INR already. I continue to ask/push but they wouldn't be congenial at all both - lady at reception desk and the ***ager Suhail. So having paid 10K/- INR already and they insist on either the child or adult sleeps on the sofa or pays additional 12.5K/- INR for the extra bed. I refused with the exact same words: "Despite giving ****ing 10K/- INR I or child should not sleep on sofa." To this, ***ager Suhail got extremely agitated, violent, asked us to checkout and threatened to call police authorities. I do have the video footage of Suhail threatening to call police. Irrespective of the conversation, the ***ager : Suhail has no reasons to have an assaulting behavior towards their guests. I called MMT to report this as safety concern (agent for this booking) a d they came back with a standard reply that refund is being denied by the hotel and they cannot do anything despite this to be a serious safety issue for the guest. Since they asked us to leave, we left immediately. The GM if seeing this feedback should make a point to view the camera recordings for date 29th March, 2024 around 12:10 PM - 12:20PM for all the cameras between reception and the exit towards restaurant / courtyard room 111. Such an ordeal. I gave this feedback on MMT as well, but I wonder why it is not published on their website. Dear guests, please be warned.
