Loft suited for 4 guests, located at Jobos Beach, Isabela Puerto Rico. I'm a traveler myself and I enjoy staying at nice and clean places. That's what I like to give back to my guests. This place is immaculate, the beds are super comfortable and the location within the complex is just perfect, offering the best view of the green areas, swimming pool and the beach. Lots of adventures wait for you and your loved ones in this little piece of heaven on earth. Features: • Fully Air Conditioned Studio • 2 Queen Size Beds with Bassett Dream Maker Pillow Top Mattress covered with 600 tread count Hotel Collection bed sheets (Always freshly laundered and sanitized) • Fully functional kitchen. • 50” High Definition Plasma TV with “Netflix” (unlimited TV shows and movies) • High speed internet with Wifi connection • Large Bathroom with large shower” • All Bathroom supplies included • Beach Towels • Fully furnished Beach Front Terrace: 2 Swings, Dinning Set, Sofa Set and Exterior Bed. On-site Amenities: • Walking distance to the World Class Surf Beach: Jobos • Large Pool (kid's friendly) with gazebo and bathrooms • Gym / Fitness Center (currently outdated) The property is located in the North West part of Puerto Rico. This area have little traffic, it is quiet and safe. There are people from the US living in the community and most of the residents of this area speak fluent English. There are restaurants and bars on a walking distance to property. For anything else we recommend a rental car. This is a small Island and it is easy to get around. Walking distance activities: • Water Sports like: Surfing, Paddle Board, Kite Surfing, Kayak, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Etc. • Bicycling, Hiking, Horseback riding, Other Activities: • Caving adventure (1 hr. drive) • River walks (1 hr. drive) • ATV rental (2 hr. drive) • Zip-line (1 hr. drive) • Bowling (20 Min. drive) • Ice Skating (20 Min. drive) • Water Park (20 Min. drive) • Zoo (1 hr. drive) • Golf (10 Min. Yes enjoyed my stay very clean view is nice. Only downside is basically like on a 4th floor all stairs no elevator. It’s quite close to the beach. Restaurants are very accessible near the apartments.

It's a decent place to stay, but there were some inconveniences. 1. Apartments located on third floor walkup that was not mentioned. 2. Only 2 eating spoons 3. 1 1/2 day without water Aside mentioned above It's a decent place to stay.

Isabela getaway Creat place to stay, very clean with a amazing view. This place is on the top floor so you will get your exercise in walking the steps to get to it.

Very Pleased The giant patio was a great place to see the waves crash every morning while drinking our coffee and again while winding down for the evening.The room had everything we needed, allowing us to cook a couple of meals when we didn't go out to eat.The beach is nice for strolls on the sand but don't expect to go into the water, the beach is riddled with lava rocks.You can take a drive to Jobo beach (less that a mile) or walk there via the beach line. Though, we mostly went to the beaches I went to as a child: the Crash Boat and Borincan beach, both are about 15 mins away.It was a great getaway and we would rent this place again!

Haudimar beach apartmeny The location was good as it is close .5 miles from Jobo beach and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and shower is spacious.Parking and security is very good. The kitchen has all that is necessary and in working order. The washer and dryer is efficient and good. The television doesn’t have cable in order to see local programs, news, etc. but had some working apps like Netflix. The outdoor terrace sofa furniture was dirty and full of water which made it nonfunctional and couldn’t be used. The swings shown I was informed by the owner that it had safety issues so wasn’t useful and we couldn’t use at all. Closets weren’t available except for a metal wire stand in the bathroom. The one time that I tried the wifi for the iPad it didn’t work and informed that no internet connection was available. Which I didn’t try again as my phone had internet connection from my server.

Excellent location, clean property, well maintained Excellent property, loft and terrace were very clean and well maintained. Also Ms Martinez was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
