Leave your daily cares behind when you vacation at Villa 45 directly across from South Beach on Bald Head Island. With its open floor plan, BHI Villa 45 showcases panoramic ocean views from the family/dining room/master areas. The living area is comfortably outfitted with comfortable furniture, a fresh color palette and a large Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen has recently been updated with granite counter tops and features quality appliances. Stocked with everything you need, you will be able to make large family meals in this space. The master bedroom has an amazing ocean view and features a king bed with custom headboard, built-in shelves, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed along with a connecting bathroom with shower. The loft bedroom offers queen, plus a twin bed and boasts expansive views from the adjacent balcony. A half bath is attached. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. Our villa is well-situated in the complex with a large lawn both in front of the villa and to the side of the place providing lots of space to play and enjoy a gathering around the outdoor grill. If the sun gets too bright, unwind under the deck on the Adirondack chairs or on the hammock. Two golf carts come with the rental - a 4-seater and a brand new 6-seater (purchased 2025). Linens, towels (one set/person) and beach towels are provided. A high chair and pack n' play are also provided. Membership to the Bald Head Island Club is available via separate purchase with your rental. Price varies during the season. A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required if a dog is included. JULY 28, 2019 - 5 Stars We had the opportunity to stay in Villa 45 for a couple of days this summer and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful South Beach is a 5 minute walk and is wide and calm. We loved being right next to the BHI club and really enjoyed strolling over for a delicious dinner one evening. The Villa was really cute, clean and fresh, comfortable and well stocked. We had some great morning bike rides with the the cruisers included with the Villa. The sunset from the deck cannot be beat.
