The place is not well-equipped at all. There are limited alcohol options, and basic food varieties were unavailable, with the excuse given that they were sold out. Salmon was not available from the menu because it was deemed too expensive for the purchasing team. Similarly, butter chicken was unavailable, claimed to be sold out before dinner even began. None of the basic premium brands of alcohol were available. Furthermore, the rooms had a significant mosquito infestation, making it impossible to sleep at night. All three rooms experienced malfunctioning air conditioning systems. I don't recommend the place at all the only saving grace was the staff.

Séjour en Avril. A part le personnel gentil, comme partout en Asie et l emplacement au centre de l animation mais néanmoins calme, le reste n a rien à voir avec un hôtel 4 étoiles : L hôtel commence à être vieux et est peu entretenu a part les jardins . Poutres au sol cassées , démontées, calcaire sur les robinetteries, lieux communs (piscine salle de restaurant) avec une enceinte qui hurle de la musique au point de ne pas entendre les vagues . Musique et radio en indonésien ! L horreur impossible de lire. Petit déjeuner très moyen . Pas de thé vert , que du café en carafe ou du thé noir. Jus d orange industriel , aucune aide pour les bagages ni pour essayer de donner un late Check out de 1 heure, transats de plage pas pratique … bref un RESORT qui St en decrepetitude… opter plutôt pour un petit hôtel où tout sera bien meilleur sans difficultés ..

Great location, easy opportunity to make it an awesome destination. Ok so this is a great place to stay. Yes we would come back. Location is great. On the beach. Good restaurants, shops, bars, within easy walking distance. We travelled the whole island and this was the best area from that perspective. We had a villa with a private pool. The villa was very nice inside. Well appointed. Comfy bed. Modern TV which you can cast to or sign in to. WiFi is good. Everything else we needed was there. Pool was good size. Regularly maintained. Overall the staff were polite and attentive. Gardens and pool areas are clean, tidy, well tended and look great. So it’s a good place to come to. But opportunities exist for this resort. A lot of the decking (villa external and public pool area) is loose or bowed and would be considered unsafe in areas. Unfortunately the restaurant just doesn’t meet the expectations set by its surroundings. We had breakfast included. There were lots of staff but nobody seemed to own the service, most were just stood around on their phones. There was plenty they could have been doing to make a difference. Seems like they lacked direction or experienced supervision and some equipment. Things management should be looking in to supporting their staff with! The food offering was of below average quality. The sliced fruit was left uncovered for hours and was a haven for flies. Flies also massed on vacant tables which indicated poor cleaning. Staff didn’t seem troubled by that. There is an omelette station which was decent. But pastries were left in an overheated “pie warmer cabinet” which just baked them to a crisp. There were a good range of buffet options overall. Including fresh bread. It just wasn’t well presented or supported by the staff or the equipment. Coffee. There is barista coffee. There is obviously no barista (at breakfast - we didn’t try it again after breakfast). The coffee was weak and bitter. It occasionally had some coffee art on it (which is secondary to flavour anyway IMO). Didn’t see or hear the coffee grinder going. Never heard the knock of the portafilter being emptied. You get a free barista coffee with breakfast, which is just as well because I wouldn’t pay for it based on what we had! This is probably about training and is a great opportunity for support for the team as well as commercially. One thing the restaurant staff did do quickly was take your plate. On a couple of occasions they were clearing my actual breakfast plate as I had the toast in my hand. Always very polite. But made us feel like they wanted the table back which clearly they didn’t need. It took the leisure out of the leisurely breakfast, which given the lovely beachside location was such a pity. It’s such shame because sitting in that location enjoying (and happily buying) a nice coffee or two to relax with would be a great offer. Afternoon Tea was offered as an included option for us. Great location on the beach. Lembongan is lovely, shabby, stylish, great value. However this hotel needs to try harder? Food prep lacked hygienne at breakfast with flies allowed to roam free on pastries with no covers, and staff not as attentive as other hotels we stayed in. Room pool needed better cleaning too - take loads of repellent as mosquitoes a problem in room.

Завтрак нуждается в значительном улучшении. Много мух на каждом предмете. Тостер никогда не работает. Сервис очень странный, много персонала, но они, кажется, сами заняты разговорами.

very good location for beach life. This is not a luxury hotel however we did not expect that. It has nice service and good sized rooms. Sun goes down right on the beach which is perfect on a been bag with a cocktail in hand. We had a blast

We stayed for 3 nights in a premium pool villa. The villa was clean and well presented. It was great to have our own private plunge pool at the door step. Overall in good condition although the plunge pool and decking could have done with a few minor maintenance repairs, however nothing to affect our stay. The bathroom is huge and very nicely decorated. The grounds and paths around the accommodation are gorgeous. Although close together, it all feels very private. The resort faces onto Jungut batu beach and there is a Devine main pool and bar area to laze the day away. Very easy to order a drink and all very reasonably priced. You can book a number of day trips from the small office near this area Breakfast is simple and the basics like eggs, toast cereal etc as well was as Indonesian breakfasts were available. There are plenty of sun loungers and bean bags available for guests to sit and relax by during the day. Guests were a mix of families and couples with a pretty broad age range. The resort is a little on the quieter side, no loud music late at night, but there is a lovely ambience around the main pool in the afternoon. It was truly a relaxing, chilled out experience. You are in under 5min walking distance to the very fashionable Ohanas and lemongrass restaurant. Mickeys sports bar is straight across the road if you need to catch up on sporting events and is also a great place for a quick meal. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again

We visited for our honeymoon for two nights. it was clean, spacious and quiet. The private pool was great! There is beach access and you can swim though might want water shoes for shells/rocks. The sunsets off of the beach are amazing! There are several nearby restaurants and beach bars within walking distance. The staff were helpful and quickly responsive when we had an issue figuring out how to open the safe and also working the A/C (apparently turning on the ceiling fans turned off the AC?). We also were able to rent a scooter from the front desk with about a 15 minute heads up. We also appreciated the free transportation to and from our ferry stops. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very professionally run hotel. Right on the beach. Beautiful garden villa with pool. Very attentive staff who are happy to help with any requirements. Excellent food and beverage choice, great value. Wonderful Spa, had two x couples massage that sorted out my neck and back out a treat, again great value. The hotel also organised our transfers to and from the airport, all in advance, which saves the worry. This is our second visit, and even with an 8 year gap, still wonderful. Thankyou to all the staff, that looked after us so well.

Awesome location & great size rooms. We had a one bedroom pool villa that was very comfortable and had a great & unique layout! We literally took one step from the pool to shower & bathroom. The living room one end is isolated from the bedroom (cente) and bathroom at the end with a very generous size bath in the middle. Great size bed, cool aircon, mini bar fridge, good size pool, very private. The resort is a little tired and needs some $ thrown at it to bring it back up to former standard. The resort in in a great spot nestled in the middle of many of the better restaurants and right on the beach. It is quite long and has the beach one end and the main road at the other end. The food is the same every day (small buffet breakfast was included) and could have more variety. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
