Hai Tide is the hotel for familia who want to relax on holiday. The pool and the accommodation units are right down on the beach as the ease of swimming in the sea while the children want to play in the pool. Facilities which include snorkelling, banana boat and SUP were much enjoyed by my son. There were many nice families there (mostly from Australia), all children playing together across nations and ages. Great. The massage at the hotel was both cheap and good. The only thing to be aware of with Hai Tide is that the bungalows are very small, really small. We couldn't unpack our suitcases because the bungalow is really just a big bed, but that wasn't a problem for us. We would love to come again, next time with less luggage ;)

We stayed in one of the villas down by the beach and it was an incredible experience to be that close to the sea and to wake up with the sound of the ocean. We were in a beach hut near to the restaurant so it was a bit noisy but everything else was great. The breakfast is very filling and there are lots of food choices for dinner and lunch. The hotel has their own pontoon with access to water sport activities as well and a free boat there and back!

From reception to departure, we experienced the friendliest staff and best service. The location on mushroom bay is so peaceful. Should our to great service by Desi, Kaduk, and August. We stayed in a family beach hut and the resort never seemed crowded. So glad we chose to stay here!

beautiful place with best services. food was amazing and 100% recommended. staff people are very helpful and provide best services so far in here. the room and bath room is very clean and good quality which equal to luxury type. thanks a lot :).

Great location, beautiful surrounding right next to the beach, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit.

Wife and I again had the pleasure of spending a few nights at this wonderful resort. I was curious as to how things would be on this island after Covid but it seems busier than ever and this resort is in fantastic condition. The resort restaurants (there are 2 now) produce what i think are the best meals on the island. The views from both are just amazing with both on the edge of Mushroom Bay. If you're lucky enough, you'll see dolphins swim by while having breakfast and we'll happily spend hours just sitting at the beach front tables, drinking cold beers and cocktails whilst watching the boats load and unload people travelling to and from the mainland. If you have the chance to get away from the mainland , even for a daytrip, it is well worth your while. We always travel from Bali to Nusa Lembongan via Bali Hai Cruises, they pick you up from your hotel, get you to the island in an hour and half or so, provide a wonderful BBQ Lunch, let you use the resort facilities including their their snorkel platform, then get you back to your hotel in the evening. I highly recommend a trip to Nusa Lembongan, even if it's just for a day; I assure you, it will be worth your while.

Beautiful resort with bungalows overlooking the magnificent beaches and waters in Mushroom Bay. Our bungalow was clean and spacious with the aforementioned incredible views. The resort had a couple of pools, and two great and well priced restaurants, and plenty of activities for those interested. The hotel manager, Augus, was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was amazing.

My husband & I spent 5 great days at Hai Tide. We stayed in a romantic and cosy Beach Front Deluxe room (traditional style ”Lumbung” built with natural materials). These villas form a close little ”village” at the beach- and you could not ask for a more romantic setting & ambience! Note that the rooms are extremely small, so big suitcases have to be stores in reception and dresses hung outside on the balcony ;) The view from a beach Lumbung is exceptionally beautiful over the turcoise bay. Relaxing on the balcony or on the private sun beds underneath is just heaven! Bathroom with shower is good. There are two swimming pools, but we preferred swimming from the beautiful beach. There are many boats mooring off the beach, but enough room to swim Anyway. Mushroom bay is the perfect getaway, with enough restaurants & a village with small shops & massage places (cheap!) and we liked it very much. The restaurants at the hotel are attractive and serves good food. As we liked around the bay, we can definately say that Hai Tide is the best place to stay!
