Mango Tree Villas

We arrived for a eight night stay at Mango Tree Villas and were immediately shocked by the area The positives were that the villa was as described, garden was well kept and beautiful and staff both helpful and friendly The negatives were that - The location was noisy, dirty area, lots of barking dogs at night and a dark entry to the villas You require a taxi to go anywhere as there is no tourist infrastructure in the surrounding area After three nights we left as this was not for us We were refunded two of the remaining four nights however

A nice villa. Although it is not a new villa, it is well maintained. The manager and the owner of villa are friendly. Staying in this villa makes me feel relaxing. It is closed to Jimbaran breach and the restaurants.

This is such a beautiful place, it feels like a small paradise just minutes from Jimbaran beach. We stayed as a family in their two bedroom villa, Godok. The villa is very nicely designed, with closed bedrooms (with Ac) while having the open living space near the pool. Everything was super clean and even if the villas are not new, they are very well maintained. The gardens look very lush and gives a very nice tropical touch. Our kids absolutely loved the huge private pool! Everything was very smooth, when we booked they contacted us to help organise our stay (transport etc). We were greeted by the villa manager who was super helpful, polite and speaking very well English. The breakfast was very good as well. I highly recommend Mango Tree, we will be back!

The owner Andrea and her lovely team made us feel very welcome. They were always there to help, super friendly, but never pushy. All three villas are completely separated from each other. They are spacious, comfortable and the private pool is amazing. The place is perfect for kids. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood which is still quite authentic with only a few touristy places. The seafood restaurants at the beach are very nice, in particular for sunset. It's just 10 minutes walking. It's not a resort area though. If your are looking for an international resort style vacation Nusa Dua is the better area to go for. And if you're looking for party Kuta is the better place. With our little daughter Jimbaran was the perfect choice for us and we would love to stay at the Mango Tree Villas again one day.

The whole experience has been dreadful. Firstly, I cancelled this booking well within the free cancellation timeframe, there must have been a glitch in your system. Then I was informed you would contact Mango Villa for refund, and the booking wasn’t cancelled. Because, if I was a no show there would be no chance of refund. I reached out to find out what was happening and heard nothing. I then decided to go to the villa. As I was unaware of my status with refund. I gave them an hour notice only to discover we couldn’t drive down there due to access. It was dark, dogs barking and the villa was not ready and no one to meet us. I have two elderly parents, one with a walking stick and one with diabetes. The villa was miles away from everything and unsafe and dangerous to leave two elderly parents there. The villa is isolated and we did not feel safe. The list goes on. When Yanni came he was very understanding. This whole event has been one of the worse experiences and has started my holiday off to a bad start. Do not stay here

Mango Tree is an oasis of calm in the heart of Jimbaran. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants of every type and price range yet when you come down the driveway to its entrance you could be in a totally different area. The villa , (we stayed in Gecko), is extremely well appointed, super comfortable with ultra quiet air conditioning as well as very effective ceiling fans. The external lounging and dining area, along with good sized pool, recliners and hammock make it so relaxing. Put all this together with a great staff team, led by Yanni, who are super efficient and so keen to help and support, means that this will now be our go to accommodation when we return to Jimbaran.

Private, secluded, beautiful property and wonderful service. Excellent local knowledge and a willingness to share.

Overall a more authentic Bali accommodation in the heart of the local village which is what we were looking for. Its location is very private and staff were fabulous, entertaining and great to chat with. Location is about midway along Jimbaran and walking distance to most everything. Andrea is a very helpful host and would recommend. If you are after authenticity within the city at a good price this ticks the boxes

Everything has been great. The hosts have been very attentive throughout our stay and the staff are lovely. The villa has the authentic Balinese essence with all the desired comfort. If you need anything, the staff will always be willing to help you. Looking forward to going back!
