Best Western Plus Hotel Conference Center

Was a good location for my trip

Was looking for a hotel close to comedy show and low and behold it was in the same hotel. So it worked out great for us after checking in went to dinner came back relaxed for 45 min. Then went down stairs to comedy factory. We had free coupons for breakfast but we decided to venture out on our way back to Richmond. Overall nice place to stay found out they also shuttle for cruises out of this hotel too.

Someone somking cigs horrible smell all night long. No water pressure at all. One of the worst place my wife and i stayed at in md. Red roof inn was so much better hands down. Never again. I should have gotten a refund

Staff was wonderful. Rooms were very run down. Furniture had various types of touch up paint on it. Breakfast was decent.

Clean room, good, courteous staff with a good restaurant. Not enough working elevators (1 of 4) The resident cat in the lobby is different.

All good except the bath. The water came out good on cild. The warmer i turned the knob, the slower the water. Practically a trickle for adequate warm water

This place refused to cancel or reschedule stay when incorrect dates were pre-populated into search.

The room was clean, the variety of food for breakfast made hit the mark for our various appetites. The parking was sufficient. The staff was great! After checking out and on the road, I realized I left my medication in the fridge in the room. I called the front desk and the staff member was courteous and helpful. They held my medication until I was able to pick it up later that afternoon. Most importantly, they kept it refrigerated! That made me want to stay there whenever traveling and also recommend it to others. Thank you!
