We had a great time at Banff Inn. The location is good, the lobby is decorated nicely. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpfull with every queation and help that we needed.

It was awesome trip

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Wasn’t happy about the Spa as the sauna was not hot enough and the dial to increase the temperature didn’t work. The whirlpool was a nice temperature. The restaurant at the hotel was giving smaller portions but charging high prices. I ordered a large salad for dinner and got something comparable to a small salad. The waiter was impatient as he wanted to run over with the payment machine as soon as I had finished my salad and tea.

Nice hotel. Have to say though, when you open the door to your room, a bathtub, not in the bathroom should not be the 1st thing you see. People we interacted with were not the most friendly. Like ...ok what do you need. Also, not having a resturant where you could get coffee or breakfast was a bit of a pain. They did have a coffee pot in the room, but hey I always go to hotel rooms for my coffee

Nice and comfortable room. quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. great location and convenient parking too (around CAD 20/night)... the reception staff are helpfull too.. overall, an enjoyable stay in Banff

Nice place…had to pay for parking $20. Great customer service’. Enjoyed the separate rooms for families.

The hotel is located in the heart of Banff. Everything within the Banff Center is within walking distance.

大床足夠讓兩人睡，有什麼需要員工拿上來也非常快，馬上處理事情。位置就在Banff Avenue尾一點的地方，走到8X巴士站(中心地帶)要十分鐘，還是方便，但價錢便宜多，非常推薦。唯一是沒有熱水煲，也沒有水會提供，要自己買水，到超市也是十分鐘。有微波爐跟風筒。

地點位置良好，又有接駁車，來往機場十分方便，只是前往機場時須先櫃台人員預訂接駁，以免沒有位子，也可以跟櫃台預訂早餐帶走。

호텔 프론트 데스크 대처가 최악입니다. 연박을 따로 따로 2건을 했고... 두 번 체크인을 해도 된다고 했는데도 기다려 보시라고.. 연박으로 해드리겠다고 해 놓고... 추가 금액을 말도 없이 신용카드로 결제 해 버려서 몇 번이너 트립을 통해서 상담응 했는데 성의 없는 응대로 화가 날 뿐입니다.

班夫鎮上著名的旅店，衞生，服務，設施，位置都很好，很有自己的特色。有自己獨立的地下汽車庫。出門可見雪山美景。走到鎮核心區域5分鐘。

飯店地點不錯,離市區很近 飯店的床也很好睡很舒服 是一家蠻好的渡假飯店

더블침대가 두개있는 3층 방이었는데, 층고가 넓고 객실이 넓어서 쾌적했어요! 밴프타운 구경하고 싶어서 선택한건데, 걸어서 10분정도면 밴프타운 중심부에 갈 수 있어서 편리했어요! 또 직원분들도 너무 친절했고, 주차공간도 확보되어있어서 아마 밴프타운에서 또 지내게 된다면 선택할 것 같아요
