Booking was made by me. I made a mistake because I forgot that I have to catch a 8am flight the next morning. Too far from airport. I asked whether they can transfer my 2nd night to a Lemon Tree nearer to airport. There were no duty managers working. They said that I have to wait until 10am the following day. I check out and there were a few senior staff but they did nothing to address my problem (though they knew about my case - because every one of them were asking why we checked out). Used to stay at Lemon Tree hotels but with this bad experience, Lemon Tree will no longer be in my list.

Great, stayed here many times already. Good food, very spacious room!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at Lemon Tree Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff, particularly Rana, Manoj, Kai, and Pinku, were exceptional in their service and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from the seating arrangements to the food service. The food was another highlight of the event—delicious, fresh, and enjoyed by all our guests. The chefs curated a great menu with ample variety, catering to both adults and children. The team’s coordination and hospitality were commendable, making sure every guest felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the event. A special mention goes to the staff for their patience and understanding, especially when dealing with the excitement and energy of a children’s party. Thanks to Rana, Manoj, Kai, and Pinku, the day was stress-free for us, and we could focus on enjoying the celebration. Overall, Lemon Tree Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for hosting family events. We are truly grateful to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Bangalore Electronic City. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment to unwind. The breakfast spread was delightful! I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, ‍♀️Overall, a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

What a serene location it was nestled at; the staff of the hotel made it even more pleasant with their non-intrusive attention. What surprised me was the housekeeping staff, supervised by the friendly manager Anand (who goes the extra mile by fulfilling requests), who folded my strewn clothes and left a pleasant floral arrangement on the bed. Breakfast spread was extensive and though I never had supper, I espied the spread one evening and it was quite large too. Definitely recommended, this place!

If you need a home after you come from office or travelling the day then book this hotel. The location is amazing followed by the stay. There are multiple food options in the buffet maintaining best in class hygiene and safety. They did room cleaning everyday and even went with customising any food to meet the guests requirement. Special mention to Chitaranjan who always took care of every small details and even made us a great mocktail. One should ask for it on their visit. Every member of the staff from Eli to Rana the manager were prompt and alway serving with a smile. The care and hospitality made the difference, it really felt like a happy place each day. You should definitely give this a try when in Bangalore.

The food and stay was really good. All the members are very professional and polite. We stayed there for 2 weeks and they took care of every details infact getting us customized food. The room was clean, sanitized, the gym and pool facilities were great.

Nice hotel, well trained and polite staff. Biplab, Eli, Chingnu and Nirma are good hotel staff. I always prefer to stay in lemon tree in any city. Food is good and delicious. It is the best to stay in electronic city. I would recommend it to enjoy the pleasant stay.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 months for business purposes. Had a nice stay. The housekeeping service was good. Whenever I had an issue they always helped us. Rithu and Dhinagaran made sure that we get all the services and they made nice models and made my day.

Mr Anand - Room division Manager , is really helpful. I would like to share incident where I had forgotten my watch in room, he contacted me and help me out in getting back. I really appreciate his work ethics. I would say lemon tree group has the best employee asset and are fortunate to have employee like Mr Anand who’s dedicated to his work ***** with high moral and ethics.

The housekeeping staff is very nice and very polite to talk, did their job very well. the break fast also have multiple options to choose and give comfort to our foreigner guests with several options to choose the food of their choise. will highly recommend.
