The apartment is very clean and spacious. It feels like a newly renovated apartment. It is about 25 mins taxi journey from airport. Major places of attraction are either within walking distance or within 30 mins taxi journey. There should be subway and bus stations nearby but I did not try. There are big lockers at the 4th floor (free for residents) so you could leave your luggage there after check out. I had asked a number of questions by email before check in and had got very quick response. A very pleasant stay!

Aspasios did not send me the pre-check in link to key in our passports info. Data signal is weak at the apartment for us to enter the check in data.

We stayed in Paseo de Gracia for two nights in July 2024, 2 adults & 2 children, apartment 301. While I can't fault the apartment; it was spacious, very comfortable, clean (except for the kitchen sink), super location close to Placa de Catalunya I can't give it 5 stars as we kept getting locked out of the apartment! Prior to arrival we were given two codes; one for the building and another for our apartment. All worked perfectly on day one. But, on day two, when arriving back to the apartment in the hot afternoon, the code into the building worked but the code to the apartment itself did not. A phone call to the helpful customer service agent soon fixed that and a new code was set. Not a big issue, just a little discomfort in the hot stairwell while it was being sorted out. Later that evening we returned and again the code wouldn't work; we tried the new code and the original code to no avail. Another call to customer service but this time no amount of resetting would fix it. As it was out of hours the building manager was not there and had to be called to let us in the old fashioned way, with a key. It was only just over an hour of being locked out and the staff were very helpful but in the July heat with children getting anxious it felt a long longer and wasn't a pleasant experience. The next morning we checked out but, as our flight was an evening one, we utilised the lockers on the top floor - a fantastic service as I would not have liked to have to drag our bags around Barcelona for the day. I had checked if we needed a new code to access the building to pick up our bags but was told the code we had was fine. We returned that evening for our bags and, surprise surprise, the code into the building didn't work. Here we go again....another call for help (3rd time being locked out). They quickly let us into the building but we then saw the lift was not working - I presume some kind of power outage. So up 4 flights we went, collected our bags and down 4 flights again with luggage as the lift was out of order. So, while I would love to give this apartment a higher rating as it was very nice inside and suited our needs perfectly, the issue with the codes on the doors did taint our experience.

What a great week we’ve had! Before landing we were asked about our arrival. They even wanted to arrive early, to make sure we could leave our luggage and check-in. The apartment was amazing! Clean, well organized and included with all the kitchenware, furniture, sheets and everything to make our stay as comfort as possible. Besides that they cleaned the apartment twice (during a week stay). It was a perfect stay at perfect location! This includes the location in Barcelona. Central, safe and quiet at night. Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon!

Stayed in the Design apt, perfect for family of 4. 2BR (1 king w closet & seating area, 2 twins), 1 1/2 bathrm, small living area & kitchen, & a lovely terrace with seating for fresh air. )Apt layout is quite nice, I think the pics don’t do it justice since the camera angles distort the dimensions.). clean, quiet & in a safe neighborhood. Easy access to tourist sites by public transport: 2 blocks to Passeig de Gracia Metro (L3 to Ramblas, L2 to Sagrada), 1 1/2 blocks to bus station in front of El Nacional (bus 24 to Parc Guell), & Casa Battlo is a couple blocks walk. Lots of shopping, restaurants, & bakery/cafes nearby. Staff was friendly at checkin, easy to communicate with through their app, & their secure storage area for use both before and after checkin/out was great. / ps - would not recommended if you have young children b/c it might be hard to bathe them in shower stall. For US visitors, fyi, the washer/‘dryer’ is a spin dryer only so plan ahead so you can hang/lay clothing to dry.

I rarely hire apartments as it's usually impossible to cancel without losing money. However, we have been able to book on short-term. The apartments are very centrally located, with all amenities, sufficient heating, and a good wifi connection. The beds are memory foam, but OK. There are a lot of small grocery shops nearby to prepare a good breakfast. We arrived by train from the airport and left the same way - the railway station is very close. Casa Battlo is the first sight on your right as you exit the Passeig de Gracia station. Very walkable. A wonderful experience!

Good location, excellent customer service, clean apartment. Public transportation access around. Very good equipped kitchen. The apartment was warm and pleasant. Good quality of internet. Plenty shopping centers around.

Paseo de Gracias Bas Partments em Barcelona é imbativel! Excelente localização pertinho da Plaza Catalunya, com estação de metrô perto, e bons supermercados, lojas e restaurantes nas redondezas. A equipe é super simpática, atenciosa e prestativa, merecendo destaque. O apartamento é confortável e bem equipado. Opção de hospedagem em Barcelona simplesmente imbatível!

Robaron en el apartamento. Fuimos de viaje familiar con mi marido y mis dos hijas de 8 y 4 años, nos entraron en el apartamento cuando no estábamos y nos robaron unos pendientes de diamantes y efectivo. El establecimiento ysu seguro no se han hecho cargo de todo lo robado pese a presentar denuncia junto con documwnto que acredita preexistencia de los pendientes, y nos dejaron tirados las 12 de la noche sin alojamiento donde dormir con dos niñas pequeñas, ya que los ladrones rebentaron la puerta y ya no podíamos dormir en el apartamento. Vino la policía a levantar acta, comprobar el robo con fuerza y además fueron testigos de como el establecimiento se desentendió de todo. El empleado subcontratado del establecimiento dijo que no podía hacer nada. A media noche estábamos en la calle tirados con dos niñas pequeñas buscándonos la vida para poder dormir en algún hotel. Posteriormente el establecimiento nos ha pasado con cuentos y no se ha hecho cargo de los objetos que nos robaron en su apartamento. Un desastre. Horrible. Mis hijas pasaron las noches posteriores muy asustadas por si nos volvían a entrar a robar.

Apartamento muy céntrico, fuimos a casi todas las atracciones turísticas caminando. Bien equipado. Bañera de hidromasaje muy buena.La recepción muy amables, atentos a todas nuestras necesidades. Solucionaron un problema con la puerta muy rápidamente. Volvería seguro a alojarme allí.

Positiv: Optimale Lage in der Stadt. Nespressomaschine in der Küche. Grosser Balkon mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Negativ: Sehr ringhöriges Appartement. Relativ spartanisch eingerichtet (z.B. keine Bilder an den Wänden. Ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon wäre nicht schlecht.

Appartamento straordinario, a dir poco perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista! Pulito, grande, silenzioso, super accessoriato... Posizione centrale comodissima, personale disponibile e gentilissimo. In poche parole : CONSIGLIATO, anche per lo straordinario rapporto qualità-prezzo!
