North Star Mohican Casino Resort Hotel

Bedbugs....saw them heating room 307 in feb., them in March saw them heating 407. They gave me a room right next to 407 with power cords from the maintenance room running down the hall. Its a nice hotel but it will take awhile to get rid of the bed bugs

Rooms are disgusting. Rooms are old and terribly worn down-very outdated. Inch of dust on everything, ripped lamp shades, stained carpets. Pictures show stains on carpet , dust, lamp shades ripped and torn, dust along the edges of carpeting. 🤮

We enjoy coming here. The 3pm check in works well for us traveling 3 hours. Staff was friendly and offered room choices. We enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet, had a BOGO coupon. We planned ahead and ate before arrival and packed some cold Sandwiches. In the past dining was a problem here. Enjoyed the live band and saw lots of people eating at the bar. We have tried that in the past but were disappointed so we planned ahead. Maybe dining choices have improved. We will be back.

We were here for the Bob and Tom morning and evening shows. The event venue was great with good lighting and sound. The hotel room did not have a refer or microwave which was disappointing. The room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked USB ports on the bedside tables. The casino is in a remote location.

Was very disappointed that I had to pay an additional $20 to have a refrigerator and microwave added to our room. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom and only one light in the bathroom worked so it was very hard to use the mirror for getting ready in the morning. King size bed only had 3 pillows on it for two people. Not understanding why they wouldn't supply 4 pillows for a king size bed. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to their resort to stay overnight nor will I recommend them to my family or friends.

Such a scary, and frustrating experience. Checked in, went to our room, opened the door, and there were people in our assigned room. We could have walked into a really bad situation. Scary...Went back down and we were given a new room. Walk in, we reserved a room with a king bed, the bed was just slightly larger than a double bed. went back to the desk and told the lady, we paid for a king room, and that's not a king bed. She said we only have two types of rooms a king, or 2 doubles. she went on to explain that it's called a king room but doesn't mean it's a king bed. Oh, and if you want a refrigerator and microwave, plan on paying $20 more. What bothers me most, is that this is a casino hotel making money hand over fist, and they rip people off without blinking an eye.
