Habitación muy justa tirando a pequeña, con lo básico, pasamos mucho calor no pudimos regular la temperatura! Desayuno normal con lo justo

Went to this hotel for a family occasion but had no idea where to stay. The hotel was amazing we stayed in the loveliest room. It had a spa bath and large balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains The breakfast had an array of the freshest food including a honeycomb dripping with fresh honey. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly .

Stayed here as part of a motorcycle trip around Italy. Great old style hotel in the middle of the city. Underground motorcycle parking was a nice option, rooms were very quiet and clean. Overall a great experience!

At check in they couldn’t find my reservation even though I have a confirmation email directly from their front desk. At check out they charged my credit card for the full stay even though I have previously paid with rewards points. After getting home and exchanging emails they tried to tell me that I had cancelled the reservation. The date they claim I cancelled is before my email confirmation from their front desk. This hotel is either incompetent or crooked. Thankfully my credit card company confirmed that I was in the right and credited me back.

Our very first visit to ‘Bassano del Grappa’, a medieval town of 400K inhabitants, first stop on our ‘Grand Tour of Italy’. Nice enough hotel but quite tired. Definitely not a four star hotel, with adequate breakfast but quite inadequate bathroom amenities, in term of toiletry provisions like soap, shampoo etc. The hotel provided our group of 41, with a welcome drink of Aperol Spritz, which was very well received and unexpected. Staff quite helpful and friendly.

Although the hotel is in a great location just off the old town and very close to the train station it was marred by a very poor included set menu on the first night which meant we didn’t eat in the hotel th3 other 2 nights Their loss Rooms although a bit dated were clean and a very comfortable bed Good air conditioning a,though too noisy for some not us Staff friendly So overall well worth a stay except food

The facility was historic and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and had many walks into the wonderful city. The food was well prepared and served. The front desk was always professional and prompt to serve. .

When you're travelling for business it's best not to go with high expectations as you never know what you'll get. In the case of Bonotto Hotel Belvedere it's a very average experience. The room was sizeable and that's a positive. However, no tea or coffee facilities and a meagrely stocked minibar are negative. Breakfast was a disappointment, too. If you like cold meats, great. If you don't or you like hot foods, prepare to be disappointed; luck, warm scrambled or boiled eggs, or toast are the only 'hot' options. Even worse, a machine dispensed coffee; select an option and press a button!

Stayed bed and breakfast around Easter. The room was fairly expensive but the room and service was fantastic. The staff are lovely and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and more than adequate. The views from our balcony were exceptional and as we have family living in Bassano we will be back and will definitely book the Belvedere for our next trip.

Well positioned right across from the old town wall and entry point, this aging but solid hotel seems to have all the right options but it is a little dated in some areas. Good breakfast and very nice dinners in the restaurant 338 made up for the dates feeling some of the common areas. (We chose it for the Giro d’Italia race passing right out the front.)

Reasonable sized double room with good sized bathroom containing a walk in shower. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Room had a safe and a fridge. We were on half board. Good buffet selection at breakfast and the evening meals were very good. All the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is situated close to the old town and the railway station and bus station are only about 6 minutes walk away
