Люкс, который мы забронировали, был повышен до семейного. Это очень британский загородный отель. Я не ожидал, что его ресторан получит три звезды от Rossete. Неудивительно, что завтрак здесь лучше, чем в отеле Savoy в Лондоне. Однажды мы ужинали, и он был на удивление хорош, а хлеб был уникальным. Сад отеля также представляет собой естественный сад в английском стиле, с небольшим беспорядком, для создания которого потребовалось много усилий. Кроме того, печенье, доставляемое каждый день, настолько вкусное, что каждый день становится моими мыслями.

環境是好的，房間也夠大。但是明知我們是四個人，衹有三個床位有點不夠貼心。然後服務就不好説了，吃個飯就聽見服務員發出的各種聲響 鬧死個人。盤子都弄掉兩次在地下 要不是旁邊還有當地客人 估計我要玻璃心的以為是在給我們一家擺面色。環境這麼不錯的酒店，服務趕不上快進酒店 實在是讓人遺憾。

服務非常好，環境舒適風景宜人，餐食挺好，美中不足的是木地板地板有些響，樓上的人如果走動會影響樓下的人休息。

I want to live here. All of the team are just incredible. The hotel exceeded my expectations at every turn. Afternoon Tea was delicious and the setting is so picturesque. The bed was the softest most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The Spa area is small and fabulous with access to the outdoor heated pool. The building and gardens are stunning but I think it is the people that make the place. I can't wait to come back. A perfect country retreat.

Overall, the team/staff were very kind and pleasant, but I would not stay here for the pricing they list. 500-600£ a night is not what these rooms are worth. They're about 200£ a night rooms, if that. They don't look at all like the photos online, they are significantly outdated, and you can find a lot nicer rooms elsewhere in Bath for a LOT less. The only plus here is the breakfast, which was very good. But spending 600 a night for breakfast, makes no sense. Also, the staff in their spa are super rude. Their kids swimming starts at 9:30am, and we asked to enter early at 9:10am because there wasn't anyone in the pool, but the staff made us wait. They said there was a member using the facilities but there wasn't, we could see through the glass wall... no one in the pool, and even if there was a member somewhere in the locker room - they probably didn't pay the close to 1000£ we paid for our total stay for their entire year membership. I would stay elsewhere unless they upgrade their rooms, and really teach staff in the Spa to be kinder. Its a very basic hotel compared to what they market online. If you want a really lux stay in a beautiful manor like place, go to thornbury Castle - its the proper version of this hotel, for the same price, but you get way more luxury for your money.

Stunning hotel, exceptional service. Plus we had a free upgrade - thank you very much! Close to the city to drive/or grab a taxi. We walked on one day which took around half an hour. The food at The Pantry was delicious on both nights. Will definitely be staying again.

We chose to stay a little way out of Bath centre so the Priory suited us well. Location wise it's around 15 minutes walk into the centre of Bath. I would say the hotel is more traditional luxury rather than the modern boutique style. Staff were very helpful across baring one forgotten drinks order that we had to go and chase but the didn't charge as an apology. In particular the restaurant staff were excellent.  Room was spacious but did have a couple of flaws. One side of the bed the mattress was quite sloped and needs replacing. Also the power sockets next to bed are not traditional plugs but three round pinned and no sign of any USB charging points which even the most basic of hotels have nowadays. All appliances had to be charged on the table where coffee machine is located. Bed linen was excellent and room service done without ever seeing anyone.  The spa is a real asset. On a rainy few days we took daily solace in the sauna, steam room and pool. There is also a heated outdoor pool at the bottom of the lovely gardens for the warmer days which is a real plus for a city hotel. Dinner in the main restaurant was good but a just needed a little more love. Canapes were excellent as was the bread which was a croissant/brioche hybrid. The starters were both beautifully presented but both needed seasoning. The crab was lovely and fresh but needed more lime. Considering we were told this was the chefs signature starter it was a little underwhelming. The turbot was cooked nicely with a lovely sauce but no accompanying vegetables which would of been nice (saw another table receive some so assumed it came with every main) Things picked up for dessert with the pre dessert being refreshing and soufflé fantastic. £95 seems a bit on expensive side for what we received. The young Lithuanian lady that mainly looked after us is a real asset to the Priory. She was very efficient, engaging with a good sense of humour. On the whole we had a nice stay and would return.

I expected something special but got average. Very poor value. The room was shabby chic but more chabby than chic.

Spent 3 days at the Bath Priory. Lovely 33 room hotel just outside Bath city center. A peaceful 30 min walk through the Victoria Gardens to the Roman Baths. This is an old manor house so it has the charm of old England. This is not the Ritz or Four Season but the staff is friendly and work to please. Rooms are well appointed and beds comfortable. Food service is limited but done well. Make reservation for dining. It is an older building so sometimes lights don't work or water pressure goes low. They'll fix it if they can but often it requires an outside workman. If you not the flexible type, this may not be the place for you. Feels like a very upscale B&B. Quite homey. Breakfast was tasty and prompt. We has afternoon tea in the drawing room, a highlight of our stay. Please check you bill carefully when checking out, I had over 70 pounds of misc charges and errors. There removed promptly with no argument, but had I not checked it would have been a hassle to adjust from the US. Overall, a lovely and relaxing stay.

Drive through the gates of the Bath Priory and a feeling of calm descends. Dinner a visual as well as gastronomic feast. Excellent service and I very much appreciated the care taken over my tricky allergies (special thanks to the chef) whilst avoiding fuss. With thanks to the whole team - this evening was a treat.
