Aqualand Hotel and Resort No Pool Ready Yet

First when we arrived, the keyless card didnt work. We had to stay and wait at the room door to change it. 2nd, the wifi and room phone is not working. There is no way to communicate with the reception. The only way is that you should walk in down to the reception. 3rd, if you want to use the jacuzzi, you must fill it with hot water to the level provided. After that immediately you will find that the hot water in the whole is gone !!! No more hot water at all !!! You cant take a shower !! Can you imagine that you in a hotel and you dont have hot water to take a shower!!!! After contacting the reception by going down walk in since there is no phone, they said they can do nothing about that. You have to wait so that they boil again hot water!!! Is this a hotel or a farm???? I dont recommend this hotel to anybody!!! Staying home is just better than visiting this hotel.

Stay away. Very dated. The pool is nice but everything else at the pool was dated. The cushions had not been cleaned since 1980 which is where the decor is from. The room is really old. The sliding door was very hard to open. The room smells like sewer gas because they’re not plumbed correctly. Just don’t do it if your looking for a western style hotel.
