Nice pool area, beach cleaned. No room service, food very average. Cocktails the cheapest possible. Need to upgrade liquor. A bottle of absolute cost 20, they are serving 2.00/ bottles of vodka.

Excellent! This hotel exceed my expectations!!! Im really happy with the service. The food is really good. My favorite was the night with all Dominican style, food and decoration! Amazing. I loved the sweet peanut desert (dulce de mani) Surely recommended and I will come back with my family again! Love it!

Food was good…. Thats all! Rooms are all rusted and old. Staff- holy cow- not amicable at all! Beach was nice and pleasant. The night shows were eh. Dont recommend it unless you are in a budget- not even- grab a few 100 more and have a better experience

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

the hotel was nice, the beach the pool and the drinks. however the rooms need to be cleaned they are super dirty. they just go in to make the beds and don’t clean anything else. there was dust everywhere and the jacuzzi had mold.

The Staff Is great. But. The are limited to serve to the standards

This place was giant, a lot bigger than I expected. The buildings have clearly been “loved” and need a little updating but nothing crazy, there were workers working on the building all the time. There were quite a few restaurants and the food was decent, I feel like the buffet was best honestly. Drinks were good as well. It had a nice beach area and a lot of pool options with some busy spots and some quiet spots. The main negative is all of the people trying to talk you into buying stuff, people walk on the beach with animals and toys and jewelry, there are a couple stores inside the resort that are the same way, and the resort workers who want you to get a massage or sign up for this and that they will stop you everyday. Those were the worst parts.

I loved the beach and view from my room. The room was spacious and clean.

Sink was clogged and no body even cares! AC was not working and every night we had to go to the front desk ask someone to fix it! Seems like they have a very old system and keep freezing the condenser, so it takes time to melting it out and restart the AC. Staff were polite and nice, pool and beach were awesome! Food was not bad, best variety of dessert & fruit!

Spectacular views from the balcony! Service at the royal level was terrific. Food presentation was wonderful, food was sub par for what we paid. Rooms were dated.

It is a nice property. I was surprised the second floor where the Mexican restaurant, the pizzeria and the taco stand are located, were only accesible through the stairs…. What about the handicapped?
