The house has a fenced in backyard (great for Fido and the kids) with a patio set, charcoal grill, fire pit, and hammock and is on the county road going to our shared swimming/fishing dock (truck/SUV or walk). Access to Volleyball, basketball, playground, tons of outdoor games a pavilion and a fabulous lake view right next door! This house is on the side of an 8-cabin resort property, so it's a great place to gather when you have multiple families staying. Plenty of boat parking, outdoor electric. Located 1/4 mile to 101 Grocery and Bait and 101 Marina for boat rentals/slip rentals/launch; a block from Bidwell Point Park Swim Beach/campground/launch, 2 miles to Panther Bay Marina/Park/Swim Beach/David's Trail head for hiking; 3 miles to Fred's Fish House, 7 miles to Mountain Home, AR for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
