Excellent customer service clean

Quiet, heater was working well. Only one towel for two people, hot water was not that hot.

The room i booked was unavailable and we had to settle for something else. Hotel is clean and quiet though.

Shower curtain had holes and also the bed sheets had holes other than that it was ok

Great service and enjoy the personal touch, they are better that most brands by choice and they seem to work hard at improving service..

Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great! Room a little old (needs a paint job) and I found a used rag from previous guest behind the shower curtain.

Let me start with the worse thing first. THIS PLACE HAVE ROACHES!!! I REPEAT, THIS PLACE HAVE ROACHES!!! The trash cans outside is overflowing, cigarette butt on the grounds and on the staircase, inside the room.. its a hole in the wall closet, with only 2 hanger. The bed was uncomfortable, the bath towels was old and hard, there no iron ate ironing board in the room. I think they deactivate the room key on purpose because i sent out a review while i was still in the room. After i left the room i checked my credit card to make sure i got my 100.00 dollar deposit back, only to finded out they charged a extra 115.81 ontop of the room fee and the deposit. I got both refunded, but still shouldn't happen. First night it was so noises outside it was hard to sleep. Now this is not there fault, but some lady was screaming like she was getting beat up the second day there. This place was so bad that i almost lost my girlfriend for booking this room. That my fault because i thought this was a different hotel and i didnt read the reviews before i booked it. Book here at your own risk is what im telling you.

When we did the check in was fast and friendly it was around 4:30 and they barely were cleaning the room, but we were inside the floor was dirty they didn’t mop and dust in the tables We didn’t like the pillows The bathroom smell bad The key card didn’t work well We have to change every day The TV didn’t turn on with the remote Low pressure in the shower head The room didn’t have iron
