Chad's place Nice & neat property, chad was very prompt with response. 2 things to keep in mind: house right on the road, get very loud in the bedrooms starting 5am. Very minimal pots, pans and utensils.

Fun It was a very nice house, close to lots of restaurants and a grocery across the street.The only slight off thing is that there were no hand towels for the bathroom and only 3 bath towels( I thi k the cleaning crew left it all in the dryer as it was full when I did laundry 3 days into the stay.)We would stay there again.

Walking in I said wow We flew in from England to visit family and wanted a place that was close. We really enjoyed our stay, we were very comfortable. The proximity to shops was great. Chad was very responsive if we needed anything. Look forward to coming again. Five

Ideal accommodation for Graduating family visits. Stayed at this property for a few days as a base for our son’s graduation day. Ideal spot, 5 minutes into Belmont and 5 minutes to the college. As described very comfortable and the host was very helpful.

Clean and spacious This home seems recently revitalized. Minimal decor which isn’t bad- doesn’t feel like you are in someone’s personal space so much. Spacious. Beds firm- good pillows helped. Bath new and clean. Kitchen had basics. Only drawback is that is on a busy street so there is some road noise. Can park close to door for easy load in/out.
