Good location because have two seafood restaurant around Service was very good and have shuttle go three shopping mall The room was bigger But no any good view can see The TV was not hood to see because of the wifi

Hotel did upgrading n renovated rooms with more modern design giving it a much better comfortable stay in this hotel. Staff are very courteous n friendly. Will continue to book this hotel in future.

The location is decent if you want access to nightlife, seafood restaurants, or local entertainment around Batam.

Overall was ok. Only on my last night when our hotel room aircon was not working… and the smoke smell come out and the light is off. We call the reception no one pickup.

Very happy and surprise that we were upgraded to the Deluxe room. Thank you. Staff were attentive, place was clean and breakfast selection was good as well. The massage and foot reflexology were one of the best we have experience. Kudos to the staff. Would be perfect if the management can consider changing the TV in the room. Its really too small to watch from the bed. Plus sone channels were grainy and blurrish.

First off all the place of hotel location is good for access sea sports games and the sea breeze is so good.Wifi not good and swimming pool is not so good.overall just feel good cant to say too good.

Check in/out was quick and friendly. Based on the hotel exterior and dim lobby, the room was a nice surprise. Quite big and bright with a high ceiling and modern looking. Room was clean with good aircon and cold fridge. Water pressure and water temperature weren't great but acceptable. TV was not sharp, most channels were kinda grainy but wifi was good. Breakfast spread was varied although on the first day nobody bothered to clear our finished plates even though there were only about 5 guests in the restaurant. Second day was better though, guess different staff working. Housekeeping was accommodating when we requested to make up the room in the late afternoon. Golden prawn 933/555 seafood was a 5 min walk from the hotel and looked pretty at night with the lights. Besides the seafood place, nothing much else seems to be around the area.
