We could not say a bad word about this hotel.Friendly staff they will do anything to make your stay perfect. Great location. Breakfast is excellent & bar staff friendly. Definitely will return. Great 5 day break.

It was very loud in my room. I could hear my neighbours staying in other rooms, from each side and from top. I had difficulty sleeping, I could even hear loud neighbours through ear plugs. The room itself was not perfect. There were scratches and one could see that this place needs good maintenance and proper handling. Food choices were limited. What also surprised me was that the hotel tried to charge me money for water though the waiter said it was free of charge! So be careful when you take water during lunch/dinner. Only 1 elevator on the hotel. Sometimes there were longer wait times. Overall is was disappointing experience.

Great hotel in handy location. Great price, very clean and adequate rooms. I had breakfast which was good, apart from being hassled to death each morning for the white card from my room even though they recognised me... don't forget it, the guy in the restaurant loses his mind 😖🤣 I enjoyed my stay for 5 days , near to beach, restaurants n bars in the old town, about 20 min walk to centre of the new town

On arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist (Jai - sorry if spelled incorrectly) who said our room would be ready soon (we didn't expect it to be, as it was around midday). He suggested we had a drink at the hotel bar whilst we waited. They didn't charge us for the drinks, which was a lovely gesture. The first room we were given had three beds in it and had the smallest of balconies - we wouldn't have been able to sit outside together on it. We asked whether there was another room available, maybe with a larger balcony. The receptionist organised it for the next day. This room was so much better. Two beds and a larger balcony. The staff are all fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The sheets and towels are bright white and our room was cleaned and tidied every day. Breakfast is a buffet style and has everything you'd want on it. (Served up to 10.30am too, so we didn't miss any, after a late night out!) We were there during Halloween and the hotel joined in the fun with decorations, etc. There was a live singer/guitarist playing on one of the nights and everyone in the bar was given Halloween fancy dress head gear - good fun! I'd say the only downside to the location (which couldn't have been any better situated as far as closeness to the shops, bars, beach and seafront) is that the industrial bins for the bars/shops in that area were located just across the road, underneath our room. Bottles and rubbish were dumped in at all times of the day and it's noisy! They get regularly emptied, so there's never a smell, but it's very loud. I have earplugs anyway, so it didn't bother me as much as it may have done in the early mornings. We were allowed to stay in our room for 2 hours longer on the last day, which was great. No extra cost. Worked great for our flight time. All in all, this hotel deserves a full 5 star review. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

We had a week's holiday in this hotel, And to be honest I had my reservations about a hotel without a pool. But what a great place it is perfectly situated on the edge of the old town but so close to the beach. The staff are so friendly they can't do enough for you to ensure you have a good holiday, special mention to Jay so helpful. The hotel is spotless, they seem to never stop cleaning, We was on bed and breakfast ,which was very nice ,pleanty of choice.

the hotel staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 409 no view looked at a wall. facilities good and nice wide corridors. Breakfast was OK, loved the fresh fruit, water melon and pineapple. Nice pastries too, pan aux raisin. The hotel could do with some updating, but more important have helpful friendly staff and it was 3 star.

This fabulous boutique hotel was a real find. Situated in the old town right behind a lovely part of the beach . Less than 2 mins walk . No pool but was really not an issue for us and our girls . We had 2 fantastic rooms on floor 5/ top floor . Both with fantastic balconies with loungers . The staff were brilliant and helpful . Make sure you ask for sun shades and seats for the beach which they are delighted to lend for free if available . Fridge and kettle if available too . First time in benidorm we would certainly come back if we found get this hotel . Best part of town . Best tapas and gorgeous views . Highly recommend for grown up family 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent hotel The Staff and the people especially the breakfast servers and chefs immensely good I would definitely stay here again very clean the toilets are extremely clean too plus the room size is the best Definitely recommend close to the beach

Also had a 3 year old. I specifically booked a room with a balcony but the room I was allocated looked out at 3 walls with no view other than walls a pipes. I spoke to the staff to ask about the allocated room to be told the rooms with balconies were limited so none available. On the card holding the room keys there was mention of a welcome gift subject to availability. So it seemed we were out of luck there too. The staff appeared totally unprepared for our booking. The room had twin beds and a settee which folded down to make a double bed. Again I had to approach the staff and ask for bed linen as none were available. To fold down the settee we had to push the twin beds away by 2 feet to allow the settee to be folded down. Breakfast was acceptable, dinner was poor. I tried the pork chops and had difficulty chewing as it was overcooked. Having said all this negativity, I think the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The Hotel is within easy reach of all the activities you'd expect in Benidorm. The beds were comfortable plus there was a safe to store valuables.
