Hotel Gold Arcos

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, but the highlight was definitely the bar experience. Diego, the bartender, made our evenings unforgettable! His friendly and welcoming nature made us feel right at home, and he served us with great generosity and professionalism. He always had a smile on his face and ensured we had everything we needed. A true gem of this hotel! Highly recommend staying here – and don’t miss a visit to the bar to meet Diego!

Had a lovely stay in the hotel Gold Arcos Benidorm . And I would like to give a special thanks to Diego the barman at the rooftop pool ! Really looked after our group and was entertaining really did a great job looking after a rowdy bunch of lads/men . Thank you Diego 5 stars

Good quality hotel, spacious room with modern décor. Marble walled bathroom with large walk in shower- very plush. Spotlessly clean. Soundproof room didn't hear anything, large comfortable bed , slept very well. Breakfast choice very good. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant The complimentary cocktails were a nice touch and made us feel very welcomed. Amenities throughout the hotel done to a high standard. Ideal location if you want to be where all the action is on the Strip. Felt safe in the hotel thanks to security in the evenings checking guest room numbers. Will happily return again. 10/10

This has to be the best hotel that I’ve stayed in in Benidorm. I was checked in by the beautiful Victoria who was extremely helpful throughout my entire stay and managed to address my requests of a room on a high floor with a sea view . The room was fabulous and kept immaculate by the lovely Jatitice - (she cleaned on the 9 th floor but couldn’t really get her name from the writing on the card she left ) I just didn’t want to go out as the room was so nice . I had room service on my first day which was delivered by the lovely Lales from the restaurant and again in the restaurant nothing was too much trouble for her and she always had a smile on her face . Breakfasts were particularly good but the restaurant lacked atmosphere at lunch and dinner . That would be my only criticism. The staff certainly make this hotel a delight including the night guard who was there checking that no one who wasn’t booked in would be allowed in making me feel very safe . There’s no going back for me now as this will always be my number 1 place to stay in Benidorm . I can’t wait to return.

Amazing hotel, lovely big room with comfy bed and large balcony. We were on the 11th floor and it was silent when the doors were closed. We made use of the 2 rooftop pools. The jacuzzi was lovely and warm. The larger pool was colder and the temperature changed on the days we were there ranging from fairly warm to freezing! I asked at reception before I left and they said the pool is heated until early April, depending on the weather. The breakfast was varied and good quality, they have English bacon and sausages. And the pastries are to die for. Location is excellent and there was security checking everyone entering at night. We felt very safe. And it smelt gorgeous whenever you walked in. We will definitely be back, the nicest place we have stayed in Benidorm.

Visited with 3 other couples for Cheltenham week which was very busy, food good rooms were lovely and big with big tv's, massive showers which were very powerful. Big plus of the hotel are the staff especially Diego in the 2nd floor bar he was so friendly we made sure we went up there for the last couple of hours. Rooftop pool lovely and the heated jacuzzi very welcoming on a cold day. Definitely return next year.
